Damn right, its not all about "love and light". Ive seen some of my friends who were combat veterans look for some form of spirituality after years of war. People need to see the dark side of humanity to really appreciate the "light". I realized that too.
I can relate to this topic. I have the perfect job to learn this thoroughly. I have been working in a jail for 17 years and see the dark & beautiful light in everyone. It’s there in each of us. Thank you for the way to give examples I like that too 👍🏼

Good. There are different ways of looking at this topic, some of which coincide with your views. Yes, the darkness cannot exist without the light, and vice versa. If there were only light, you wouldn't see it as light. You need the contrast to be able to see or experience light. Moreover, darkness is invaluable, because it's something you can work with; it allows for transmutation and creativity. It's like saying there can be no flowers/crops without manure. The problem is not the darkness - but rather not being able to deal with it effectively, or make it work for you. If you just allow it to dominate you, or to get a stranglehold, or don't reflect on it, then you're in serious trouble. But if you observe and work with it creatively, you may say that your life has been enriched. It can make your experience of radiance that much more delightful. Another way of seeing the matter is that the mind projects the world of duality. In other words, there's originally one thing or substance, but the mind creates beauty and ugliness, light and dark, good and evil. The separative, divisive quality of the mind, the tendency to judge and to compare, may be the real culprit, and not the dualities themselves. A thing to consider: is it really the darkness that's the problem, or certain expectations of the mind that reality should always be delightful and beautiful, always pleasant? Those expectations should be looked into; darkness itself need not be a problem. The mind judges the darkness to be problematic. It infers that something's wrong if the current situation is not as one would like it to be. Since we grow up being trained and conditioned to judge, evaluate, compare, it becomes exceedingly difficult to live with an experience without any judgements. The knee-jerk reaction to a difficult, challenging situation is to struggle against it or to assume that something's wrong. If you examine your life carefully, you'll see that much of the most difficult things in your past were not only outgrown; they proved to be invaluable teachers. In some cases, you could do something about it, but more often than not, the most trying situations had little to do with the exercise of willpower. You simply underwent and eventually outgrew them, having learned much (hopefully) along the way. i really liked the back tension metaphor for those negative energies basically being seeds that when water properly will grow into peace. and because i actually have back tension so i might have to try that needling therapy you were talking about.
one of my favorite rappers cambatta in a song said "i found out the devil is really gods friend. and hes right because our shadows get us through scenarios or survive. without our shadow that we developed childhood woulda been a lot tuffer. thats if you look at the devil as your lower self or true human nature thank you for the videos they always help

Darkness has become such a negative thing.... light and darkness are interdependent, I would not go so far as to say that we should transmute darkness into light because light has no single "better" quality than darkness. I think it is a game, a dance of both phenomena in balance.
for the human experience, i enjoy the sensations and energy associated with light more than the darkness. also, i found that the transmutation happens automatically via evolutionary law.
So this isn’t exactly the same thing but I recently had a situation where I was going to start doing therapy with a new therapist but she canceled on me because I hadn’t turned in my paperwork a day in advance. She had requested it a day in advance and she said “if you can,” so I took her at her word. I couldn’t. My plan was to turn it in just before the session since that’s what my clients do with me. I sent her an email when she canceled that unleashed my anger but in a fairly controlled way. I just requested her acknowledgment that she had done harm because if I were in a crisis, that could have been really bad. She never replied and there were probably things I said that were overly vindictive and accusatory but I got the energy out of me and my dignity and integrity felt preserved. So it felt like a valid kind of darkness. When I’m Buddha, I’ll just smile when people cancel appointments on me for turning in my paperwork with too little lead time.
brother im 16 and your channel has made be more detached from my violent thoughts and view the as the mind taking and not my true self.for example when i see a knife there is always a thought about killing myself or killing someone(this happens many times a day it attacks at every opportunity).the thoughts may still came and but I don't feel like i will lose control for no reason.but for the past 3 months it made me depressed and restless i don't want to kill or kill myself iam just afraid that i have the free will to do these horrible things.i feel 80% normal but the thought still come but im more peace with my self and starting to enjoy life again (somewhat)those ocd thought made me losing interest in everything material (even women )and i just want my sanity and peace back it has teach me a big lesson sometimes i feel like those thoughts are just like demons attacking my and making suffer and making go into a confused hell like state of mind although its probably god that's doing this to teach me a lesson or to burn karma i don't want to accept that im a crazy killer i had these thoughts when i was 12 but they completely went (without any spiritual knowledge or practice ) away only to came back again its 100 times worse that a break up or a death of a loved one and im a very strong minded logical person and that shit completely wrecked my like i am a sensitive girl. i have already started meditation and when i prayer i get an instant relief but maybe i need to pray more to be cured from this monster.the think i wonder if i am ever gonna be 100% good again and experience life normally with being more wise and awake i hope at the end this makes me stronger becoming after i am done with these there almost nothing that can scare me or faze me i don't think god has a bigger weapon than these to damage me again after i am done with this and the sexual instinct i am good.I don't know if it's a tendency to do it but i don't desire to do harm my logical mind says why to do such horrible thing's and i am a normal human who had the same problems as everyone else now for some reason i have thes ocd thought but like they went away before i believe they will leave again and but i am at the practice of transcending them i already feel better at the end of the day i think confusion coused these big panic attacks.i pray to god every day to make me right again i and its definitely working but not 100 perfect i still have thes and have some stress over them(also i just lost a 35 days semen retention journey i will start it again )this took over an hour to be written this is the first time i express my experience and i feel a bit better plz answer my brother thank you

A lot of that info and many other versions become salads of anxiety and existential what ifs rather than just riding what may or may not be programmed on this ride. thats a lot of questions..:) I make them because the life force is having me make them. I didnt plan on having 4 channels nor did I want to, but it unfold like that. Of course, I appreciate that it can earn me some money as well, because I live in this world like everyone else and have bills. i dont really like writing although i have written a book in the past.
