Yyoooo love the real and raw comparison man! I feel like more folks could benefit from seeing videos like this. Just makes DIY feel so much more accessible in my mind but also gives credence to the higher quality, polished options. Just overall a great comparison.
$300K? Damn, We’re on 35’s with all the over landing gear outside and an actual home interior not the junk RV look and we’re only into our’s for $160K. That my dear sir is one bad ass Van you built. ❤
Im building the econoline. That can run circles around any spitter on or off road and get you back home. That sprinter has been nothing but problems. Sprinter has lenth. Nothing more. Sprinters are for pavement, and having driven 2 spec like this, they are trash. 35s don't make you better off the road or travel. Those vans belong on pavement. My econoline is to get a full custom interior that nothing like youtube has seen. Full wet bathroom ext... making this sprinter sit at campsites while I'm out on the dunes at Pismo Beach. Body on frame vs. unibody 160k is laughable for any van. Especially if you're gonna get stuck and need a crane to recover.
I had an e250 with action van, got a limited slip in rear dif, was great. We had a traverse conversion. Didn’t have a bathroom. Was what caused us to change (wife wouldn’t use the porta potty and wanted a shower too.) would go with u joint 4x4 conversion, extended body and high top for an econoline build out. I also did custom headlights on my van, have a video on my channel if interested. Also, the sprinter had Van Compass lift, not the agile. Aluminess makes great econoline back box and other great add ons.
Compass lift , nice. I mistaken. Yeah 4x4 hightop from Chris is ny next one . Aluminess is nice but my buddy Ryan made my ladder , light bar , soon a rear bumper carrier and roof rack. All at about half that Alluminess chargers. There's not enough builders for sick add ons. I'm not into the mainstream same 3 companies on every van, bent beams designs, Fiberine and Alluminess. I do want to see your video. I just subscribed. Come out to our van meets off road ! Next one in March Hungry Valley OHV in California
If you guys want to see thousands of different type of builds from huge busses to micro cars… should come out to Skooliepalooza in Erhenburg. We will be there for a week or so starting tomorrow.
@ the sprinters and transit cabs are absolute beautiful, but they’re definitely out of most people’s price range plus the Econoline platform can get way deeper into the woods and down those nasty dirt roads if you want to just get lost on purpose ….
You feeling ok? This video was horizontal... so weird😂. Both great looking rigs, but someone please explain the 200 to 220k added cost of the sprinter build? I appreciate the efforts of the builders, but try explaining this to an insurance company😳. Keep up the good videos.
I wish people had realistic expectations for sprinters. At best they should be considered high quality RVs (compared to mass market RVs) that are small enough for consistent fire road travel AT MOST. If more people understood that and didnt fall for the Instagram Sprinter Offrading nonsense we'd be better off.
Sprinters are Junk When they freak down Watch OUT IF they can get the parts and IF they can find some Qualified to work on the damn things Good Luck . I HAVE LIVED AND Worked in my Ecolines all across the country expressly the 300 6 banger cheap to run cheap to run
Im not sure about that. Also, how you build it. And how much room you're willing to sacrifice. Im 6'5 inside. The sprinter inside no build is 6' 4. All on Google. 🙂
First of all. There is no van worth 300000. They build those mercedes for less than 80000. If u have money to waste with a limitless banking account then I get it but u can roll with these after mods and mob anywhere.
I agree. But this van was 284k. All in. Build, all the sick add ons, heated floors ext. A billionaire got it. I bought it for a client. And In my opinion it's money waisted. I agree. My plan is to show better quality for less and be actually able to go off road. Even my 2x2 van can do 19x off road that that pavement princess.
Yeah, they do cost that much custom. Buy one new top of the line and go to a custom builder and say to him. Exactly your dream van. Yup. 250k min. But I understand. You never bought anything like that.
@sebastianslife91 So I build custom cars for a living and yes u can pay whatever u are willing to pay for a classic car build. My point is you could buy every part on that van and put it together for half that price. And you are right. I have never bought one because it's a rip off.
That's a nice custom shop. I deal with 20 shops all think they are the best. Yet not even big names can't do what I did on a "budget " build. Nothing even close to my IKEA set up that actually does off-road stuff. With ps5, 2 internet, fridge, 65in TV, you're proving my point 👉.

Thank you for the kind words and support, hope you can see there's always a solution out there for everyone's budget! Thank you again!
That Sprinter is sick AF.!! 🔥🔥🔥
Pretty cool 😎
Great video man. I hope you keep making this style. I need company. I been on an island alone for 13 years making lifted van content.😂
Lol thank you, brother!! Im coming but I'm swimming 🏊♂️

You missed the entire point of a car that was new and now getting sold. #econoline
One day my van might look like this, great video!
My exact words 3 years ago to someone's Chanel. It's worth it buylt pricy. But again, worth it!!
@sebastianslife91 mine is definitely a work in progress, but yes, definitely worth it!
Nice double donut radius arm bushings. My good friends at Weldtec Designs uses the same style.
I am getting the full custom ones i have a reputation to keep. Lol 😆
@@sebastianslife91what's wrong with double donuts? According to my good friends at WTD they are trophy truck quality.
They ate the doughnut and are hallucinating lol

Stefan got the same lights as you and the Ryan light bar.
The Road Shock baby!!!
I need a snorkel for when I drive through puddles going to Walmart.
I really want one now!!
That is a nice shower/toilet in the Sprinter.
The dream honestly
Remember that time we ran into Agile Offroad
11 vans Vs. 21 #LIFTEDVANMEET2024
Those Amazon lights look pretty sweet though!!
They all use them. All the big companies
Affordable price
Looks good! 👍
She's a good van..and kinda looking better. Doing full interior build soon. 8n santa barbara.
Arthur is the only one I know with VO headlights.
I wanted to ask him about the actual difference.
If you guys want to see thousands of different type of builds from huge busses to micro cars… should come out to Skooliepalooza in Erhenburg. We will be there for a week or so starting tomorrow.
Brother! I would im In Dallas opening new business.
I will return to California February 20th in time for van meet !!!! In Hungry Valley °
DAMN YOUR VAN IS LOOKING EXTRA GLOSSY!!
Thank you brother. Really appreciate it. Shes big and almost beautiful. That picture is edited. Looks good compared too 300k lol
@ the sprinters and transit cabs are absolute beautiful, but they’re definitely out of most people’s price range plus the Econoline platform can get way deeper into the woods and down those nasty dirt roads if you want to just get lost on purpose ….

Ain't that crazy! I just don't see 200k there. Great builders and great people but that's 200k !!
Full coverage doesn't cover lol
Thank you brother . I've gotbto catch up on your videos. I've been busy as hell!
Yeah horizontal is my new touch lol it was needed lol 😆
I’d like a high top like yours one day. Mine is just a few inches tooooo short
Oh really. 6,5 is a big space!! Maybe your next for a top??
Commenting as I watch for the algorith.
How are you watching it?

The Off Road Accessory no actual off roading Sprinter IG crowd really does make Sprinters look bad lol. Great comment
All show and for some thats okay. I prefer function and practicality. Also price. 300k really?? That's just absurdity
Agile meet waa the first time I saw a sprinter in some sort or off road situation
What did you coat the frame with?
Raptor coating
Monsters!
Hard decision lol 😆
You filmed it the correct resolution!
Yeah finally!!
🤣
those tops leak bad after a while ik someone who liked after 4 months since new
I don't believe so. There is no place for the water to go up. Actually, the metal roof leak and rust. Marine grade quality, it's basically a boat
Sprinters are Junk When they freak down Watch OUT IF they can get the parts and IF they can find some Qualified to work on the damn things Good Luck . I HAVE LIVED AND Worked in my Ecolines all across the country expressly the 300 6 banger cheap to run cheap to run
Absolutely. Price and reliability are key!!
These are going to be classics 👌
Once the van is built inside hte height advantage over the sprinter will disappear . Luxuries are a lot of weight.
Im not sure about that. Also, how you build it. And how much room you're willing to sacrifice. Im 6'5 inside. The sprinter inside no build is 6' 4. All on Google. 🙂
A shower and toilet in your van you'll be RV status.
RITZ ON WHEELS 🛞 😎 👌 LOL
Starting the build in a month
🍎 to 🍊
Both vans, both off road both hightops?
Rough as guts.. no sale.
Agreed 👍 🤝
Weird morgue van
I can fit even more bodies now.

I always did agree with you. Except on the van price. Be nice if people watched the whole video before commenting. Just saying.
