what is the difference or benefit . if lets say i should not use adobe illustrator / photoshop for that matter . Is there any benefit of using excel for this job?
It's just that more people have Excel already installed on their computers and fewer people work with Adobe suite, that's all. Most design tools can actually do the job. Using Illustrator/Photoshop could actually be better, as you can use layers and other advanced functionalities.
