Now I have a stomach ache after I drank all the liquid as shown in the thumbnail
Now you can sue Ed from TechSource.
Lol
AMD_Inside nice plan. If I win the case you’ll get a percentage 🤣
Not the smartest thumbnail to use
You probably will be more cool now
"one day you wake up, and its dead"
Holy Shit
Dead ass got me lmao 😂 😂😂
hot damn that was funny
I actually sorta jumped when he said that😖
Lmfaoooo
Who is not going to do this?
Me
Yeah, how can you flush a water cooled pc,
If you don't have any
Yeah, how can you play on a pc
If you don’t have one
Not me I have 2 water cooled pc's so stfu I hate these kinda comments dum dum
Yay I made it 100 likes
nobody asked yay
Im gonna build a pc and maybe convert it into a custom loop later on down the line.
Hi TechSource, I wanted to thank you for your videos. They helped me get the courage to build my first PC, which I completed yesterday. The worst bit was multiple delays in various deliveries, but it's all up and running now :)
Ed: "Its not recommended to switch from solid color to clear coolant."
Also Ed: Does it anyway
its hidden in the video use the cleaner. it helps remove the clotts it makes the liquid thiner.
Evan seems so happy these past months I'm liking it so much! Whatever it is that made him from serious guy to jolly joke guy, he deserves all the happiness!
thank you 🤣
"One day you wake up and it's dead."
Im sure all of Ed's fans can relate to dead babies.
I found this channel yesterday and now I’m like... WHERE WAS THIS WHEN I WAS BORED, like his vids are the best
hi ed! How are you? I'm really happy that you are lifting the spirits of people during these times and I thank you for that!
Ed: "It's just like a baby... one day you wake up and it's dead."
this actually a very educational video Ed, i really enjoyed it. thank you :)
NIce video man, love seeing you just give tips how to take out the liquid in your water cool.
Ed is the type to cable manage his spaghetti
What a lad
overused version of the joke
Bruh_ Doinurdog ur mad
You put the same comment on like 4 videos. I get it now, you need attention.
Thank you so much the video! Really appreciate the step by step. My boy and I are new to water loops. Almost turned on the power supply with the GPU and Mother board still connected as we tried the initial fill of the reservoir. Hope to one day make it to one of your setup wars. Thanks again!
I have always been looking for this kind of video. I think you're the first? Eventhough I don't have a PC, its fun to watch this type of video.
I have been watching your videos for years and liking every video
Absolutely love the editing where you had started filling it with distilled water before removing the little annoying tip/plug thing from the filling bottle. 😂
Just used the exact same bottle an hour ago to fill and clean out a new rad, and had the same issue. 🙌🏾
Btw. Am about to build my first loop today. Would it make sense to do this a couple of times with distilled water in the new build? Flush it through. I already cleaned out the rad.
Love ur vids! Keep doing what you do! I don’t have a pc but I am eventually gonna make one!
Lmao, He goes, "one day you wake up and its dead"
Ed in Dark Mode 😳
bruh as soon as i heard that i rushed to the comment section lol
When i woke up my grandpa was dead

@@SWRfrfr lol that would have been me but I was so early I had to say it lmao
I am about to build a water cooling system and thank you Ed for showing how to clean and fill the pump
This method should really only be used if you're going to put the exact same type of coolant back in afterwards.
It will flush coolant from the visible parts of the loop *only* and using coolant from a different manufacturer or using a different type is inherently risky for loop longevity. If you're changing brands or going from solid/opaque to clear, a proper tear down and clean is pretty much mandatory. Also, if you're going to use distilled water only, it's still recommended to add some sort of biocide or growth inhibitor to the coolant. Mossy forests are nice - mossy cooling loops aren't.
The pump o-rings, fitting o-rings and jet plate (as Ed pointed out) will hold onto a ton of coolant from the last setup - they need to be cleaned properly, too.
P.S. CPU power is called EPS, not EPC.
Amazingly helpful. Thank you!
You should tilt the system about to get as much coolant out as possible. Shouldn't take that much water to clear it out. If you are changing colour, you should clean the loop with Mayhems blitz pt2, which would properly clean the system without the need to take it apart. It would still be preferential to take it apart and clean everything properly as pastel coolant especially can work it's way into all sorts of places.
Been watching so many of your videos and I didn't realise I didn't sub to you XD
Great video. You made sure not to get anyone shocked.
Good video - fun tip, if you have a spare power supply, just connect the jumper and the pump to it. saves having to disconnect the 24pin, EPS and PCI-e cables.
Thanks! I know what to now for draining my brand new custom water-cooling system!
Clean! thanks for the viddy! very informative :)
Another content 🔥🔥🔥 Thanks Ed. TechSource 🔥💜 even tho i dont have my own pc still TechSource inspires me. TechSource 💜
love your videos very help full.
ur thumbnails r always intimate
Damn thanks for making this I needed to know
If you forgot a drain valve or don't have one for whatever reason, and have soft tubing, you can remove a part like the radiator or gpu (if you like living on the edge). Then hold the part over a bucket and undo a fitting carefully, then use that as your drain valve.
Teacher: What are you laughing at?
Me: Nothing
My brain: FlUsH mY pC
So beautiful build
I love your vids man
Thanks I will be sure to use this when I afford a pc and then afford to be able to water cool it with a custom loop.
love ur vids man
Very nice video thanks!
Loved the thumbnail
Tech source is one of the best pc builders in my opinion
I love your videos bro💯
Who else doesn’t have a water-cooled PC or a PC at all?
✋
lol
Mee
Same I just watch for edgar
me
I have a laptop for Christ’s sake
Question, does a liquid AIO have to be maintained regularly or do you just replace it once it completely stops working?
That is a beautiful case. Reminds me of my toilet. It also makes the same noise LOL
Love the videos!
I was just wondering if I could use some food coloring in the coolant to change the color to match my setup?
It sounded like u know the dead baby thing from experience xD
You ruined it by putting xD at the end.
@@splashdog8704 xD bro
I'm wondering if it's possible to have some kinda suction thing to connect to the drain port that sucks all the coolant out of your loop?
I have the same pc ❤❤💪💪 thank you for makimg this video you saved my time 💪💪❤
We’re did you get that table. I really like it
Big fan keep it up bro
Recently watched this video! It was helpful. Although, I am running into a problem where my CPU is now overheating and my PC shuts itself off. It has never done anything like that before and only happened after I flushed out my PC. Maybe my coolant isn't very efficient at keeping my PC cool?
Me watching all of TechSource's videos even tho I don't have a pc. A man can dream
Damn finally. It’s always about how to build it. Never how to maintain it. Thanks Ed.
Thats a great dad speech.
Lowest part of my loop is my lower radiator port and goes right out the case so i dont need a drain plug, works great.
Thanks the thumbnail helped 10/10 video
His analogies are legendary
Sweet pc case😍😀😄
really missed you bro
Nice video man 👌
put the EK 360mm performance kit on my 3900x, long story short....how I set everything up had to move GPU to lower slot , now it gets around 80°c with fans maxed,
so got waterblock /another radiator etc for it, realized what you did and bought some extra fittings for a drain port lol
I don't have a distro plate so I just got a T that I'll run drain off of
Ed is the type to do a setup wars on people’s houses

Yeah you weird
Weirdo
Hello Edger, pls don’t mind, Linus showd e metod a month ago i think. He connected a hole watercooling system straight with kitchen sink tap and cleared the loop with normal water and after that he used distril water.
Pls forgive me for my bad English writing. I really love your content brother and thanks for sharing.
i don't even have a pc i just like to watch these videos
Hi im a huge fan and if your
Seeing this can u list some good parts to bye for a pc
Can you do a video on how EKWB fittings work because I’m in the process of building mine but I’m quite confused
Good morning mr. Techsource. 👌 godbless
I’m glad that your pc finally got its period
Damn man, that drain valve comment got me lol! I got a EK A240G (hopefully I got that right) kit. I had no idea about water cooling but got it first try. I have a lot more experience with cars. But after about a month now I want to clean it, noticing everyone talking about having a drain valve now. Oops! I’m going to do a 3 way splitter, all male, then attach a drain valve at the lowest point of the loop. I’ve drained it a few times already without a drain valve, it isn’t hard, just takes a lot more time.
Ed I’m building my first water cooled PC, what kind of fitting do I use to connect the drain valve to the loop. Do I use an hard line extension to connect it. Please help.
i'm going to build my first loop, many thanks for highly adivicing to add a drain valve. But I'll go for the " toss through the window " solution ! :D
Don't do it. Just get air cooling. It is the same as liquid cooling unless you're doing quantum computing or doing heavy CGI based movie shit.
Ed is like the grandmaster of tech
dude, folks dont know about that Minesweeper! 💣💥
Well done video I am using an AIO but thinking of moving to liquid cooling since so am getting a new graphics card I can cool as well. I am just trying to decide on soft or hard tubing and if I want a TT pump or distribution plate. Is there anyone who makes cheaper fittings than ThermalTake?
2 years later my man built a water cooled pc with no drain valve 😅 Don’t throw it out the window. It’s badass ❤
discord notifications always come in clutch
I like your video Build pc
Do I need to flush my loop if I have a clear coolant? Assuming the cpu and GPU blocks have no air at any time, and the tubes are all plexi or flexi, can anything bad happen? I mean, an AIO unit doesn't need maintanance, so...
Noti gang. im not first im not last when techsource uploads i click fast. love ya
Thanks, this doesn't scare me that much anymore.
thank you for answering my question within 3 minutes of video starting. My computer has been thrown out the window as instructed.
can you do a review on some of Lyte Gaming PCs please?
great video
"think about your baby right, every time it gets dirty you gotta change it's deapers otherwise if you don't, then it's gonna start crying, keep you up at night and then one day you wake up and it's dead" very dark example but ok😂
10:48 so.....your basically saying that you can use the distilled water as a coolant instead of the regular coolant to reduce the times of flushing the pc?? If so, if I were to use dye, can I just use regular food coloring or is there a special water dye for liquid builds??
Do i have to do this if i dont have a tube water cooling, but nzxt water cooler?
Wtf did I just click, thought u meant toilet lol
Do you need to clean if you use distilled water as coolant?
Holy shit this guy still exists
I know I can never afford this but
still watching :)
is there a difference in the temps if we use coolant or distilled water? and please make more these types of videos
Nope. Been using only distilled with an ek additive for years
do you still need to do this even though you're using only distilled water? or can we just top up ?
Alright, im going fan.
Does the coolant that's like coloured water f up your parts like opaque does?
Very interesting video ♥♥♥! As a fellow RUclipsr, I am contantly searching for fresh ideas! Great Job!
