    Is this the one getting into the engine while it burns the gas? Or is this for the clutch only?

      +mEtzG3rX clutch and gearbox only.

    Hi im confused sorry ive seen comments about 2 stroke or 4t engine oil which is best to use plz tia

    • @TwoWheelTorque

      Hey, use 2 stroke for the fuel mix, this is the oil that needs to go in the engine and be burned with the fuel. Some have a separate fuel tank for 2 stroke oil and some you have to mix it yourself.
      For the engine, a 2 stroke gearbox still needs oil. I’d use 4 stroke motorbike oil for in here.

    Is castrol power racing 1 2t oil good for it? I have to change my clutch so i got to buy oil too

    • @TwoWheelTorque
      @TwoWheelTorque  9 месяцев назад

      No you’ll need a 4 stroke oil not 2 stroke. 2 stroke is to be burned with the fuel, either pre mix or automatically mixed in a separated reservoir

      Where are you living? If you’re in the UK you’d be fine on either.
      Is it 2 stroke?

    Did you use 2 stroke or 4 stroke oil

    • @TwoWheelTorque
      @TwoWheelTorque  4 года назад

      4 stroke oil inside the engine. Effectively this lubricates the gearbox and crank.

    i need help... how much oil have you put in your bike? i have an aprilia sx 50 and its meant to hold 650ml, but when changing it, it only held 450ml until coming out the overflow... do you know any help/advise?

    • @maartenrijsdijk7823
      @maartenrijsdijk7823 5 лет назад

      Just use 2 stroke gear oil 10w-40 or something else. change or check every 5000 km. or 1 year. Just fill a bit more than the overflow 650 ml is enough. Good Luck

      is the bike straight or on its stand? Sometimes the bike is meant to be on its stand not straight up. Check your stand is fully out

      ekieklund274 No always use 4t oil in the gearbox and clutch chamber, Castrol racing power1 4t is the best oil to use in my opinion

    Do you keep your Engine off or on while replacing.

    • @TwoWheelTorque
      @TwoWheelTorque  10 лет назад +1

      always off. warm up first to make oil flow out faster. because this oil doesn't reach the combustion chamber, its worth replacing less frequently but with a higher grade oil. On a 2 stroke engine i would prioritise a high grade 2-stroke Oil

    Right I need help, recently bought the same bike, but in all honesty I have no idea what I'm doing as its my first one. I get this part fine no problem. But I have 2 tanks (? I guess they would be called) up the front left hand side of the bike under a panel. One slightly smaller looks like it has water in and the other has what I'm guessing is 2 stroke oil? Is this right or am I doing this all wrong?? Please help :,)

    • @thejohanzk
      @thejohanzk 7 лет назад

      The tank up front left with water in it, is for the water cooler, that cools your bike. the other tank is under you wich is as you say is fuel with oil mixed in.
