I just bought a new laptop this week and seeing all the app store not working from more than 2 months ago and I'm having that same issue with the laptop I just got is a serious issue..
@@ibibo___honestly this might sound dumb, but I managed to fix it by unplugging my pc from a second router I was using for the second floor and then just plugging it directly to the internet company router, and somehow it fixed everything

It is under Windows Store in my services
Press window+R on your keyword..and then search for services.msc
