Majabu: Bester's application done wrong way

Legal expert Zola Majavu says even though convicted murder and rapist
Thabo Bester may have raised valid points during his application to be
granted a laptop and other devices while incarcerated, he went about
it the wrong way.
Majabu says Bester may have erred in approaching the court on an urgent basis.
