Wow!! Your stitching is beautiful. Don't be afraid. Just go for it. Sometimes mistakes are made, but who notices mistakes. I agree with the Vivster's pattern on 18 count. I would have used 2 strands of fiber even on 18 count fabric. Don't dump the pattern, though. Use it as a giveaway. Someone will enjoy the pattern. I have TONS of Vivster's patterns. I love her designs. And I always go to her shop first to see what's new. Your cards are incredible and I would like to see how you do that. I'll be back. Continue doing the Flosstubes.

Hi, watching all your videos. When I started cross stitching in the 90's I did a lot of table cloth so it is lovely tobsee your current project.
Thanks so much. I enjoy the table cloths, but wish they would mix it up a bit rather than repeat the same pattern four times 😉

You did an amazing 1st video! Absolutely beautiful stitching, both on fabric and paper!! One small idea, when I have stitched on towels, I get light weight iron-on interfacing, cut it to the size of the aida section, and iron it on the back side of the towel. It helps to keep the stitches in place and I like the way it looks. Looking forward.to.seeing your next videp!

Your Peacock Sampler looks beautiful with the pink you have changed it to! I've had an issue with DMC 647 with dye lot changes, it is called Beaver Gray, the old is definitely gray, the new is green... not gray at all! I'm stitching on Colors of Water and Colors of Spring on 28ct 1 over 1... they are both gorgeous!!! I look forward to your progress on that!!!

Hello Hanneke, I really enjoyed your first flosstube. I am also working on the Scandinavian Forest by Vivster in the pink colorway and have a little over half done. I love the colors you picked for it. I am using the called for colors and I think I am going to change one because it does not show up very well. To of the tan floss colors are very close and do not show up when next to each other. I also purchased her Flower Garden chart. Your cards are breathtaking and I have to hold myself back from going down another rabbit hole and buying a kit. Take care and I look forward to your next flosstubes.

Hoi Hanneke, wat leuk weer een Nederlandse flosstuber. Gaaf om te horen dat je in Vlissingen woont. Daar woont mijn familie en komen mijn ouders vandaan. Mooie herinneringen aan het bellamipark en het lopen naar de "windgong" op het strand. Super eerste video, ik zal zeker kijken de volgende keer. Ik vond het lanarteproject met herdershond erg mooi!! Geweldige eerste video! Je fo's en wips zijn prachtig.
De borduurwerken die ik rond mijn 18e maakte ziet er veel netter uit dan de projecten waar ik nu aan werk, ondanks alle tips and tricks waarvan ik nu op de hoogte ben (kwestie van fijne motoriek en, denk ik, minder goed zien). Bij jou is het dus net andersom.

Wat een leuke eerste flosstube. Je hebt hele leuke projecten laten zien. Wat leuk dat je ook aan een vervaco tafelkleed gaat beginnnen. Ik ben zelf al 10 jaar bezig met de mijne, ik heb bijna 1 kant af. Ik hoop meer video's van je te zien. Heel veel borduurplezier.

Wonderful first episode! I agree with your sentiments about the stitching community! Your finishes and WIPs are lovely, in just a few months you’ve managed to find several of my favorite Etsy shops!! I know you said you couldn’t imagine having 25 WIPs or whatever, but I think you will get there. There are so many other designers that it seems like you would love.
