    Love your videos! Question: I am struggling with sizing my rose. I think I make the bud too big and then the petals don’t look right and the rose just looks long and odd. Do you have any sizing tips?

      Barira Nabeel this is such a good question! And it’s a little tough. Written might sound confusing, but I think a good way to gauge size is to 1. Figure what type of rose you want to make (my garden style roses have a chunkier base to the bud, and my long stems are thinner), and then 2. Think about what size you want the largest petal to be. My largest petals are usually only slightly larger than my bud so they don’t look like floppy ears. I’d try basing it off that. I can’t give a definite number size bc I’m not sure how large or small you’re trying to go, but I’ll try to be better about giving measurements in my videos. You bring up a really good point!

      Make the but just a Lil shorter than the small petals
