Very nice! He's one lucky guy and his persistence paid off. There was a silver one that we used to see parked in the Sheldon Street area of Prescott. We haven't seen it in a few years. Thanks for watching!
HaHa, this reminds me of when my high school buddy had a 1967 MGB and we saw a thunderstorm looming ahead. After a few soakings, we eventually had it down to a science, though.
Another viewer asked a similar question. So here I go repeating the answer and hope that it's useful: I'm a member of a few Facebook groups: Pontiac Solstice Saturn Sky Owners & Pontiac Solstice Car Club and Pontiac Solstice Owners and Admirers. Try doing a search in each club, using the search bar within the group to see if you get any results. I've tried the words, soft removable Targa top. The search didn't return any serious results for me. They're extremely rare. I've heard that if you do find one, they're $3-5K. Thanks for writing! ~ Trish
Hello! Since we live in the same town.... if you ever want to sell your top or know of someone who is wanting to sell theirs, let me know. I am looking for one! Thanks!!

Yes, it did. You can see the full story here. ruclips.net/video/Wx5r3O1lVmE/видео.html The video you just watched is a spinoff of the video in this link. The top in our videos is about the size of a sleeping bag and fits in the cargo area of the coupe quite easily, but only allows enough room for a couple of overnight bags. The premium for this accessory was around $1,200 -1,300 at the time of purchase. Thanks for watching!
The problem was they had to work with Kappa already finished. The Solstice Coupe was a fallback seeing as Saab Aero-X, TT36, and the Chevy Nomad all were supposed to fill the "hardtop Kappa" slot. The Coupe T-Top had to work with the Solstice A-Pillar, which was meant to seal to one point. Not box-in a t-top system. The only other option was to elongate (the car) or make a (fragile) fiberglass foldable top.
This video is OMG-funny!
Thanks! Happy to hear that you got some laughter out of it. Thanks for watching.
A friend of mine bought one this year after a 5-year search. Silver with very low miles, both tops. Extremely nice.
Congrats on your purchase.

Anyone know where I can get a soft top for the coupe? I’m
Looking to purchase a soft top option? Thanks
Hope someone will respond to you here. You might also want to try Facebook groups for the Solstice. Thanks for watching!

I have black one. Canadian version. One of the 6 GXP imported here in Canada with the dual top hard/soft option. 😊
Consider yourself very lucky and with the hard/soft top option, you have something that is extremely rare. Congratulations! Thanks for watching.

Did your solstice come with the cloth targa top?
I'm trying to find one before I buy the solstice. Since you can't fit the targa in the car.

Leave it to GM to screw up something …
This video was fun in so many ways. It's so much easier to assemble it, then put it on the car. Thanks for watching!
