I could imagine a game mode where there is a wall in the middle of the map blocking both teams and they both have 1 minuet to ink their side and once the 1 minuet mark has been hit the wall drops down and that's when the intense part happens
When I first read this, I thought you meant their side of the _wall,_ and was like "So it'd be about inking a wall instead of a floor? That'd be a little weird, and certain weapons would be nearly useless, but I guess it could work."
Given how symmetrical Splatoon/Splatoon2 maps are, it's not a bad idea in theory, but it would most definitely take away a key component of Splatoon's gameplay: the rush to the center of the map to establish which team gets to have the advantage first. If your idea were to be implemented, Splatoon's gameplay would become much, much more metodical and, after a while, tidious; while the "Splatoon" experience is very fast-paced, making your idea in conflict with what Splatoon currently offers.
I cannot put into words how important this game was to my childhood. It's what really made me start to appreciate games more and really take in all they have to offer. Goddamn this game was incredible
I love how this game takes time to build the world and atmosphere something I think modern day shooters lack. That is a thing that Nintendo does best. The game has the Nintendo charm where it is well thought out and is wacky. This is a heck of a series!
Something I came up with: I just imagine this as squid squad getting ready for their first every concert. Ichiya is very anxious, namida is stressed, Murasaki has doubts, and with Ikkan starting it off with his awesome bass lines. The first time the world of splatoon has heard something electric, exciting, something that brings out their enjoyment to a whole new level (note: Before Squid squad I believe that the music they listened to were traditional music and performances, I don’t really know though but is it it then that’s sick!!!). When the curtain lifts, Ichiya with his voice as luring as a siren, And namida never knew her beats were going to be iconic af, and just all together, they went on and on living as the first band to be the biggest selling album in splatoon ^-^
@@SonicTheHedgehog007 well... i guess your right because in splat 1 it would take like a month just to get to level 10 because of how Nintendo made the Xp system.
@@drag495 the game feels a lot better to play when you focus on the gameplay and just enjoy yourself instead of just thinking about levelling up or getting frustrated at failing I recommend next time you play to just not look at your rank or level and just go with it trust me you will feel a lot better about playing
imagine in the tutorial at exactly 1:07 a bunch of npc players jump out of nowhere and they're on your team, and it prepares you for an ambush on enemy turf and exactly on that transition your in battle with a bunch of npc inklings
This series deserves it's own show on Nickelodeon and must be made by the people first collabing with Nintendo, now fully owned by Nintendo... Who made Pikmin: Short Movies!
I can imagine the band just getting themselves all set up amped up for the show and just jamming out, then the bass drops and the audience go wild. Ye
