I’m swapping the entire power train while it’s tore apart but I have been refraining from doing it. I’m waiting to see if your chassis holds the power you’re about to put down!
I have a j35 engine that has a snapped rod. you are more than welcome to have for a future project if you want it. Haven't swapped the engine yet so don't know the extent of the damage but if you want it it's yours.
I run my bottle at about 1100psi before I do any pulls. It will break the wheels on my Miata at 75hp shot when in second gear. If the roads wet, have to be careful. Big difference in power between 900psi , and 1200psi.

It will take WAY more than a 50 shot to kill that powerhaus!, my little colt has a 1.48l engine and makes 235whp bone stock block, has done so for the last 5 years or so and i bang limiter daily :)

If you didn't take the stock wagon for a solo drive you missed out on its full potential. I can say from experience that adding 1 adult passenger drops the performance from fun to zero instantly. 3 adults is likely to make it perorm like a Geo Metro. Lol

You can also use the 100mm crank in the 2.0 block and make a 2.3 stroker you just use wiscos stroker pistons and whatever rods you want.

Hook the nitrous up to your throttle. Have the nitrous kick in at 60% and ramp up all the way to 100% throttle. Nitrous by throttle
