For some reason, its giving me a "I'm lost" kind of feeling.
It's very poignant as with all the other hollow knight OST, also gives me a rather helpless, pitiful feeling in addition to the feeling of being lost. Sounds like it would be a very sad beginning to hornet's story.

for me its giving me the same feelings as kingdom's edge.
It feels like i memorize all the bad times i had in my life, constantly thinking if it was worth it, every time i got kicked in the guts, to push forward, to not give up, to be better than the people who harrased me, and it was totally worth it, finally i found people which would understand me, people i call friends till this day. Well...I think how dark and sad your melody might be, there is always a light at the end of the endless Caverns of Ancient Bone.

This song is so hauntingly beautiful, it truly encapsulates the feeling of loss and isolation, it has palpable emotion that you can feel in each note. The composition is some of the best I’ve ever heard and the piano is able to carry Christopher Larkin’s work so well, this cover and song is genuinely amazing

this song has the Hollow Knight Main Theme leitmotif in it, implying that at some point, whether it be by DLC or main story, we will face the Knight.
I mean it's just the leitmotif of the main theme, I'd argue it's more tied to Hallownest in general than the Knight. We might see some characters from Hallownest but I doubt we'll see the Knight for obvious reasons
I think the hollow knight main theme isn't related only to the knight, but with every character with the "hollow" theme. The vessels are the obvious example, but you can find leitmotifs of the main theme in the false knight/ watcher knight's theme, they might not be vessels, but they are technically "hollow" knights.
Spoilers for anyone who hasn’t played HK below.
Didn’t the Knight die in the first game tho? Well, in the true ending, they die. In the Sealed Siblings and Hollow Knight endings, they become the new Hollow Knight, sealed inside the Temple of the Black Egg. And in the Embrace the Void ending, they kinda become the Shade Lord-

Everyone keeps saying this kind of songs give a sad or hopeless feeling. What I feel is a moment where you found yourself. A nostalgic moment where your memories come and you realize that what you have been searching for or waiting for is right there; in your hands. You just have to climb that hole where you're in.

I feel like half the people on here don’t know what Silksong is. Nor do they know what Hollow Knight is. It’s in the title! For those of you who don’t know and are too lazy to check, Hollow Knight and Silksong are both games made by Team Cherry. They’re both extremely well made games (I think). Hollow Knight is my favorite game of all time, and Silksong isn’t finished yet. There’s a demo that very few people got to play and so far it’s going really good. I suggest you check it out because oh boy is the Hollow Knight series amazing. I could go in and on and on and on, but I won’t
