Great video!! Do you recall how high from the mantle you put that bottom horizontal bar? I like the height you have from the mantle to the bottom of the TV when it’s up. I would like to put things on my mantel and no one seems to be covering that part. Thanks!!
Hello. I’m still confused about the two brackets. My stud is directly on the center line so the arm is in the way of the hole where the bolt needs to go through.. any help?
Hi, I need to do the installation of a MM700 using RB100. Can you help me out with the first step, I don't get how and which height I need to place the vertical braces. It says that it has to be between 7 to 10'' from the bottom of soundbar. But how do I know if I need to use 7'', 8'', 9'' or 10''? I mean this measurement is suppose to tell me where to cut the hole for the installation height of the RB100, but I don't get which measurement I need to choose between 7 to 10''. Let me know if you can help me out, thanks!
I assembled it and had a friends help hold it against the wall to make sure I had the right clearance for the TV + soundbar. Make sure your assemble the soundbar because that’s what threw me off the initial measurement.
my stud finder beeped for like 3 studs that were 12 inches apart. got a small drill bit to verify stud - no stud at any of the holes. Mounting above fireplace is like a coin toss on being a nightmare
Are your sound bar mounting holes on the bottom or back side of sound bar. I have a JBL with mounting holes on the bottom. If yours is on the bottom, did you have to modify some brackets?
@@francissimoneau652 I have the MM 700 and used the funky oblong pieces to mount my JBL with bottom mounting holes. I also used the mounting brackets supplied with soundbar. I had to go buy some longer screws and nuts, but it works and looks good.
Yes. I needed to tighten the tension screw though. Pretty easy, but I’d recommend someone hold it in place because you can get your hands caught while adjusting.

Awesome video
I got my installed today I notice the TV is little bit out of level.
Thank you for your feedback.
There’s a lot of adjustment points even if the entire wall mount is not level.

Yes about 2 inches below.

Hello, I have a JBL soundbar also, did you find a way to fix it ?

Hi can you please let me know if the TV can stay in place at about 80-90% of full height extension?
Yes. I needed to tighten the tension screw though. Pretty easy, but I’d recommend someone hold it in place because you can get your hands caught while adjusting.
bruh just attach the ATV to the back of the TV
Do you have this mount? I’m an engineer so I’d like to see how you did that with the kit provided.
