Whoever came up with the idea for a chainsaw duel needs to have had several million promotions, a lifetime supply of Jack Daniels, and a Viking Burial. For they are one of the ultimate metal badasses.
I've noticed something: in most horror franchises the villain dies at the end of the film and then comes back at the beginning of the other, Leatherface is the only villain to die once and for all and then appearing only in prequels and remakes. So Leatherface is the only horror villain who successfully got killed.

That caused a separation in Hellraiser III and Pinhead went rogue until being brought back together with Elliot and sent back into the puzzle box. In Hellraiser IV there’s a whole future scene set in 2100 something technically giving him an official death date in the future.
She's not particularly smart. She kept putting herself in danger even after she was saved, didn't wait for back up, she just made dumb decisions all around.
