I will always remember when my airport used to have a area where you could actually pull off of the road and actually park your vehicle in a parking lot right at the end of our airport's Main runways and actually either watch the planes takeoff or land all depending on which end of the runway they were actually using at the time, but then 9/11 came around and guessing that was pretty much the Main reason whey they permently shut it down which was totally understandable but while it was open, it was a great place to watch airliners takeoff and land.....
That’s because it’s a whole new single terminal. It was built on the site of terminal A which was demolished and terminals B and C are set to be demolished soon.
