I love some fresh MCU reactions! I see a LOT of people in the comments have said you really shouldn't be spoiling the film for her and you responded, so I will keep watching the playlist and see if they get better.
It’s not his fault! He just has an incredible talent for predicting what happens in a movie that he’s already seen! 😂😂😂 we should call it the mystical art of …. Memory!! Yeah …. Stop spoiling 😢
Remember that almost every MCU movie has at least one post-credit scene, sometimes more. They're sometimes entertainment, but often they tease upcoming MCU films. Enjoy!
I just landed on your video because I'm a big fan of Marvel and of MCU movies reactions. I hope you continue this journey. I have a few remarks, though: - he has seen the movies but she hasn't, so it would be nice if he didn't spoil things for her (latest example I have in mind is "I want you to see how he evolves through the movies" (I'm paraphrasing)). A big part of the journey is to be amazed by the evolution of all characters. He doesn't need to underline every step to come. That spoils some part of the amazement and creates expectations that could not become reality. - same remark for spoilers about Agent Coulson: "should we trust him?" - "yes, you should trust him". Or even worse: "I am Iron Man". Well, spoiler alert, no? we know he has seen the movies, if he wants to brag about it to her, why watch them instead of him telling him the whole story. That latest one was pretty infuriating. - maybe it's because of the edit (making a 2+ hours movie into a 30 minute video), but a lot of what you're discussing is not really related to what's happening on the screen: popcorn, "would you" this and that,... (this specific one can be discussed after the movie),... Several times during the video, I was frustrated, because I kept telling you "keep quiet and pay attention to what's happening and what's being said in the movie" Sorry if it sounded very critical. It's just that there's so much for her to discover and for him to re-discover, that I don't want any of the pleasure to be ruined. Anyway, I'm going to watch your Hulk reaction now.
I have gone on this journey with other reactors at least a dozen times. Since you have seen the movie and she hasn't Try not to talk about what is going to happen or what happens in future movies. This spoils her reaction. Don't ask her questions about what is happening either........... just watch and react to what is happening in the moment.
You guys said it's "fucked up" that Terrence Howard was swapped out, but Marvel truly had fantastic reasons to do that. Terrence Howard, who played Rhodes in this, was apparently incredibly difficult to work with, and is also something of a crazy with problematic opinions and behavior that Marvel probably didn't want to prop up for young fans after the success of the first film got them out of financial jeopardy. There was also, of course, an argument over payment for him. His character's role in the 2nd film was very limited, and Marvel wanted to pay him 1 million dollars while he wanted 8 million after getting something like 4 million for the first film. Regardless, while I felt Terrence Howard was very good as the character, Don Cheadle is legitimately a better actor and a far better person to be brought into the public eye by the franchise.
@@mikaltimaprob one of, if not the biggest mistake of his professional acting career, he woulda made bank off all the movies & shows if he woulda been humble
@@Blaiyan Seriously. He took a pay cut to get RDJ into the film (Marvel did not want RDJ) and then when they made Ironman 2 they slashed his supposed to be $8 million salary to $1 million. He balked and they said, “We think the movie will do well without you”. He tried to call RDJ thinking he would back him after he took a pay cut the first time around but claims RDJ ghosted him and they went with Don Cheadle. Now, this is all Howard’s story so 🤷🏻♂️ All that said, I’ve heard Howard is very difficult to work with and Cheadle did a great job so it is what it is.
@@MOONPOPPERSdude you are constantly spoiling! Just stfu! You are taking all the energy and fun out of the reactions!!! You are going to mess around and lose subs!!! This is close to unwatchable!!! Please stfu and let her react BLINDLY!!!
They changed the actor from Terence Howard to Don Cheadle in Iron Man 2. There were contract disputes and other disagreements between Terence Howard and the producers, so he was replaced.
Terrence Howard, the guy that plays Rhoadey wanted more money than he was worth, so Marvel replaced him... It wasn't like they just up and decided they didn't want him anymore...
Terrence Howard (Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes) was replaced for the sequel films, after he requested to be paid EQUAL to the star of the film (Robert Downey Jr, who IS Iron Man).
Hulk is the second film, you're good mate, I dunno if she'll fall in love with the films but she'll really grow to love the characters. Strive on through Phase 1 & Phase 2, but I find after Ant Man it gets good
I think he was referring to the first Hulk movie, the movie you are talking about was The Incredible Hulk. The movie Hulk was a less than ideal attempt at the Hulk character, that's putting it nicely in my opinion.
The reason Terrence Howard was ultimately recast is because Jon Favreau and Kevin Feige didn't think he was good enough to make people care about the role. On top of that, Terreance Howard had developed a reputation for being extremely unlikable and hard to work with. And he always wanted to play the race card saying, people were singling him out because he's black. These days he's goes around saying that Robert Downey Jr. got him fired. Imagine how crappy of a person you have to be to blame the only person who was advocating for you. Now that RDJ can see how much of a piece of garbage Terrence Howard is, I bet he's glad that his protests were ultimately ignored.
you should’ve watched Captain Marvel first because its based in 1970s, then camptain america first avengers and then iron-man & hulk and thor all happen in the same week.
It will be a better view if you watch it timeline order, i watched it both ways and loved it on. that way, and many people have done it the same way, , but you can watch it the other@@pbourlart

Jon Favreau isn't *one* of the directors of Iron Man. He's *THE* director. Kevin Feige is one of the producers.
Ironman is April,2008 and the Incredible Hulk is June,2008
Ironman is the first MCU movie
