This is an excellent multi-sport routine, which incorporates the essential ingredients of plyometric and reactive exercises in multi-directional planes, so great for boxing, soccer, football, squash, tennis and other similar sports. This is one area of training that in the past has definitely been neglected, so good to see child playground fun pastimes used by adults, as all learning should be fun. Enjoy!!!
Bro this guys segments work. I’ve been throwing them in with my regular training and I feel and see the difference. Plus I have seen this guy he is training get in better and better shape.
