My question for the next segment is, I have 6 month experience in testing. if i clear ISTQB certification will it help me to find a job in automation using selenium. Or is there any other professional certification i can earn to build my profile. Please give me some course recommendation.

Nowadays istqb certification is not mandatory and no one giving to much attention to it but if you have it its good and if not no worries . rather then going with istqb you can enhance you skills in manual and automation testing and can prepare your self for interviews .
Aishwarya rightly said. Certification won't help you, to get hired you have to crack interview. If you perform well in the interview, on one gonna ask you about certification.

Which part of Selenium is always asked in interviews so I get selected for sure?
Everything is important in selenium. It depends at the interviewer from which part he/she asks you questions. You have to cover all topics at least basics
Yes, if you have a good hands-on experience on a selenium project, it should be enough to be confident in an interview

C# is good skill to have, just that you cannot depend on a single skill, so learn more
