ആദ്യമേ issue എന്താണ് എന്ന് പറയുക. ശേഷം വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ
ഒരുപാട് വിശദീകരിച്ചാൽ ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിൽ കൂടുതൽ എടുക്കും. അത് യൂട്യൂബ് വീഡിയോയിൽ പ്രായോഗികമല്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് വളഞ്ഞ വഴിയിലൂടെ കയറിയത്. പൊതുവെ എന്റെ വീഡിയോകൾ വളരെ lengthy ആണ്. ഓർഡറുകളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ share ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. കൂടുതൽ അറിയേണ്ടവർ അല്പം അവർ സ്വയം work ചെയ്യട്ടെ എന്ന് കരുതി.

I think the second method is more safer than the first one.
In the first method, what is the protection of the bus chamber? All RCCB comes later than the bus chamber.
So use MCCB as main incomer and attached with a shunt trip coil and ELR. The rating must be higher than the DB incomer RCCBs.
That is correct and safe method.
So the order form Palakkad inspectorate is practically more safer than the first one.
You are not thinking about a domestic premises. Palakkad office letter, if you read in detail you can understand that it was related with ICDP main switch cases. In a domestic connection the consumer has no normal access to the area around point of commencement of supply. Safety regulation & the Indian Standards have the appropriate provision where the safety devices need to be installed.
@@AJElectrical Then what is the necessity of more than one DB in a domestic installation?. Tapping of connection (DB toDB looping) is not allowed in any case. So there must be a bus chamber. So what is protection in that area?
It's a consumer accessible area or not. That question is comes secondly. That area is also a part of the installation and must be protected. If MCCB and ELR found costly,use a higher rated RCCB before the bus chamber. Or use a single DB with an RCCB incomer.
I still believe this is an unnecessary controversy and the KSEB officers are absolutely right in this case.

But unfortunately you trying to teach some electrical terms like nuisance tripping and the working principle of RCCB. I am not interested to explain my personal experience and my present professional details.

RMU s Ring Main Units are installed by KSEB/ Corporation in the premises of Appartment and entire responsibility of maintenance , repair replacement expenses are entrusted on the single Resident Association of the Apparent where RMU is placed. Whereas RMUs benifit or protect all the users in its circuit. This puts a severe financial strain on the said Association.
RMU belongs to KSEB only. They have to attend the maintainance.

Unfortunately the Thrissur corporation cleverly entrusts the maintenance to the Association of Appartment. Please suggest a way how to get over this issue.

CGRF കൊട്ടാരക്കര എന്റ തള്ളുകയാണ് എന്നു പറയാൻ 3 തവണ പാലായിൽ നിന്നും കോട്ടാരക്കര വര പോകേണ്ടി വന്നു. Cgrf നിന്നും നീതി കിട്ടില്ല.

നമുക്ക് സിംഗിൾ ഫേസ് കണക്ഷൻ നിലവിൽ ഉണ്ട്. പഴയ വീട് പൊളിച്ച് പുതിയത് പണിതു. അപ്പോൾ ത്രീ ഫേസ് കണക്ഷൻ ആക്കണം. അതിന് അഡിഷണൽ ലൈൻ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എബിസിസി കേബിൾ വലിക്കണം. പക്ഷേ നിലവിൽ ലൈൻ കടന്നു pokunna വഴിയിൽ ഉള്ള ഒരു വീട്ടുകാർ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നില്ല. നിലവിൽ ലൈൻ ഉള്ളതാണ്. ത്രീ ഫേസിനുള്ള അഡിഷണൽ ലൈൻ വലിച്ചാൽ മതി. അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞു നോക്കി ലൈൻ മാറ്റി കേബിൾ ഇടും അതാണ് സേഫ് എന്നൊക്കെ. പക്ഷേ അവർ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്ത് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും?

ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ ഓരോ ബ്രാഞ്ച് ലേക്ക് seperate rccb വയ്ക്കുന്നത് protection കൂട്ടും, കാര്യം ഒക്കെ ശെരിയാണ് പക്ഷെ kseb പറയുന്ന ആ main rccb അവിടെ ഉണ്ടാകണം. ഈ ബ്രാഞ്ച് ന്റെ മുന്നിൽ നിന്ന് ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണം ഒരു leakage വന്നാൽ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും.. അപ്പോൾ ആ main line ൽ ഉള്ള ഒരു rccb വെച്ചാൽ പിന്നീട് ഉള്ള ആ 3 rccb അനാവശ്യം ആണ്. അതായത് 3 എണ്ണം വയ്ക്കുന്ന പാഴ് ചിലവ് ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ പറ്റും. ഇതു ഏതോ electrician കൂടുതൽ commision അടിക്കാൻ കസ്റ്റമർനെ പറഞ്ഞു മൂപ്പിച്ചു ചെയ്തതാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു... പിന്നീട് ഭാവിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകാൻ ഇടയുള്ള ഒരു risk, ഒരു loop/extened wiring എടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നാൽ അതിനു വലിക്കുന്ന neutral ചിലപ്പോൾ ഈ network നെ കുറിച്ച് അറിയാതെ മറ്റേ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ നിന്നും വലിച്ചാൽ പിന്നെ rccb ട്രിപ്പ്‌ ആയി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും... Current ഉപയോഗിച്ച് direct എന്തെങ്കിലും പണി ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വല്ല work shop കൾക്ക് ആണ് ഈ തരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ബ്രാഞ്ച് protection കൊണ്ടു ഗുണം കിട്ടുകയുള്ളു..
താങ്കൾ kseb ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ അല്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി, അല്പം കൂടി കാര്യഗൗരവത്തിൽ താങ്കൾ അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രായോഗിക തലത്തിൽ ഇതൊക്കെ എങ്ങനെ എവിടെ വയ്ക്കണം എന്നൊക്കെ കൃത്യമായ guidelines ഉണ്ട്, അത് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടു തന്നെയാണ് ആ സെക്ഷനിൽ നിന്നും അല്പം താമസിച്ചാലും വൈദ്യുതി നൽകിയത്. താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കായി IS 732, IS 3043, CEA MRSES Regns, 2023 മുതലായവ വായിക്കുന്നത് ഗുണം ചെയ്യും.
ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടത് RCBO ആണ് വേണ്ടത്

RCCB യുടെ ഉപയോഗം ഒരു electrical സർക്യൂട്ടിൽ എന്താണെന്ന് കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണ് താങ്കൾ ഇത് പറയുന്നത്. കാണുന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലെല്ലാം rccb സ്ഥാപിച്ചു system unstable ആക്കാനുള്ളതല്ല. ശരിയായി design പടിച്ചാൽ അത് മനസ്സിലാകും. You please study in deep Direct Contact & Indirect Contact, the causes of accident by referring IS 732:2018. You can get the IS free of cost from BIS site.
Practically Ombudsman wrong, RCCB നേരത്തെ വന്നാൽ പ്രോട്ടക്ഷൻ കൂടും. പാക്കാട് EI ശരിയാണ്
Ombudsman ന്റെ ഓർഡർ പരിശോധിക്കൂ സുഹൃത്തേ. ഈ കാര്യത്തെ പറ്റി ombudsman ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. ഈ തീരുമാനത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേർന്നത് ആ സെക്ഷനിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ തന്നെ ആണ് - നിയമങ്ങൾ പരിശോധിച്ചിട്ട്. അവർക്ക് തെറ്റി എന്ന് സ്വയം ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടു, ഇനി ആ ഓർഡർ പരിശോധിച്ചിട്ട് താങ്കൾക്കും തീരുമാനിക്കാം ഏത് ശരി എന്ന്.
ഒരു 10 നില ബിൽഡിങ്ങിൽ മീറ്ററുകൾ റ്റവും താഴെ തെ ബിൽഡിങ്ങിൽ ആണെന്നുംelcb യും താഴെ എന്ന് കരുതുക വെളുപ്പിന് 1മണിക്കു 10നിലയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന ആളുടെ elcb ട്രിപ്പ്‌ ആയി എങ്കിൽ അയാൾ താഴെ വരെ ഇറങ്ങി വരേണ്ടിവരും സ്ഥിരം ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രോബ്ലം ആണെങ്കിൽ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും 🌹
