The owner of the red boat is a notorious violator. He comes and fishes this river for weeks and limits out on his Chinook for the year, that is five times the transport limit allowed in BC. The local SFAB has even tried to implement a one fish rule to try and stop guys like this from catching and releasing Chinook on roe all day, once they kill their limit.
