Moon with water reflection tutorial | After Effects

This is a tutorial for making a moon reflecting off of the ocean. For the water aspect of this tutorial I relied on Jacob Dalton's video about filling a room with water in Ae, i'll link his video below.

or u can adjust the scatter time marker to be a larger value in the beginning of the video then a smaller value at the end and it'll give the twinkle effect without the plug in :)

Tip: if PC cant render map displacement its error with fractal displacement , because your VGU has disabled GPU acceleration.
Workaround: Export rendering of fract. displacement , import it, delete fract displ. layer and EUREKA !
