I’m consuming this as a patient not a professional. Now that we’re (hopefully) coming out of a pandemic i want to thank every counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, and all the staff who have to process your own trauma while holding our hands.

Very educational, gives you some things to pay more attention to. Have gone through some traumatic experience before, so I understand some these issues.
