First song I heard from Joseph was Wasted... fell in love instantly (was about 19 years ago my dad had me listen to it). Ever since he has been favorite musician, andI had NO IDEA he was hardcore religious, but I don't care either way. His lyrics are beautiful and his music is so unique and awesome. I love Come to Where I'm From and Big City Secrets album, among most of his others. He is very special period.

He gets a nice ensemble feel.

Joseph Arthur is great - been following his career since I first heard him open for R.E.M. back in 2004 I believe!

I discovered him in 2007. What a musical genius. I still go to his show in Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland, but he turned sour. His following is decreasing and the room is half-empty and he complains about it all the time during the show. Sad ego thing to see. In my opinion, in the early 2010s when he went on a 3-4 years of creating super bands and side-projects really affected his following. I mean, I am sure he needed that band experience again in his life, but in terms of his career, it most def. affected his fan-base.

Phenomenal. I believe to saw him first part of R.E.M. 2000 or 2002 in Lisbon Portugal. I went from Porto alone, got near front. One of the best days of my life.
