**750 Subscriber Special** Hopper Video: Pac-Tech Garbage Truck

- Thanks so much for 750 subscribers, this means so much to me. To celebrate here is the hopper footage I got while filming the Mack LR Pac-Tech Demo truck. Some of this footage was already seen in the main video but here is all the hopper footage. The other video is linked here • Mack LR Pac-Tech Garba... I thought this video turned out pretty nicely as you get to see the arm a little and a great view of the packer. The recycling was pretty heavy on this route but the packer seemed to keep up fine. The big hopper was nice so it didn’t get too filled up.
Eureka Recycling this video is intended for entertainment, not to get the driver in trouble. If there is anything wrong rather correct the driver then get them in trouble so they don't make the same mistake in the future.

Congratulations on 750+ subscribers!! Angle on this was just about perfect, there’s a perfect view of the blade in action yet you can see the arm moving! I’d definitely like to see Pac-Tech’s become more popular, they definitely seem pretty solid! Nice job as always!!
This was a lot of fun to watch, although I definitely agree that the blade could use some work, seems like the hopper is always full. Nice work, congrats on 750!

Eureka actually has a pretty good record of making sure to use local/regional sources whenever possible to process commodity, so the bulk of what they collect is actually recycled.

We do hand 🖐 tipping at our job out here in Colorado Lmaoo I hate seeing these type of trucks cause they have it way better
I work for this company and we do a lot of hand tipping as well

Good work on the viedo! The packing sucks, the blade should retract further back to allow the product to land on the hopper floor and the blade should extend further into the body to help clear the hopper. nothing beats a ZR1.
I was thinking the same thing. I like the arm but the packer just seems so small, small.
ZR has a flaw in it also the packer runs the whole route stuff gets jammed on it and its a bitch cleaning behind the packer

@@staintedcards It's pretty simple to clean out the traps, that's all you should have to do most of the time

Yup Con-Tech’s Refuse division that was made in 2018 and is finally public for mass purchasing in 2020. Their website is www.ptpackers.com

I think the hopper is actually an improvement over many other styles of trucks I've used

I’m running a research project on the best methods to reduce contamination in the recycling stream and I’d love to get some hopper footage from a very specific vantage point, ideally even in my area if possible (Colorado).
