    Thanks for this clear explanation about management principles , however it would be interesting to explore topics like initiative and scale chain in the enterprise , and how to avoid conflicts about decisions and divergences .
    and if we assume that the future of job market will be more remotely done how to find a balance between the unity of command and unity of direction.
