Low porosity hair does not need leave in conditioner! Adding too much product will weigh your hair down and it will look flat. If you really want use Jamaican black castor oil or argon oil as a replacement for leave in because they are light. Other than that your routine is good. Remember to wear bonnet at night and use banding method to get volume.
@@od7969 you need a leave-in conditoner whether low, medium or high pororsity after wash day to moisturize your hair and then some type of oil. Oil ain't gon moisturize your hair on it's own.

Yooo what up Bril. I finally got me some of that deep conditioner (been sold out since Michael Jackson's first album), and the way you been talking bout it I just know I'm bout to have silky smooth plus 4 in growth in a month frfr.
Only if you knew that’s not his original name...catholic church changed a lot of stuff in the Bible and it’s missing books that was taken out and his original name wasn’t Jesus but i don’t want to offend I’ll let ya figure it out 💀
I leave in my deep conditioner in for like 2 or 3 days fr cus it keeps my hair moisturized for a while but if I take it out after like an hour of leaving it in I gotta put leave in to keep it moist because it’ll get dry from the water taking everything out.
@Myles if your hair is low porosity and you’re dealing with dryness you should probably use heat when you apply your deep conditioner. Put a cap over your head with the deep conditioner in for like an hour or get a hooded drier. When you rinse it out you should probably use a leave in conditioner and seal your hair with a sealant to keep the moisture in like grease or a butter. The thing with grease is you will need to use a sulfate shampoo to wash it out. Also if you use grease nothing else is getting in your hair so you won’t need to moisturize your hair again until you wash it.
Female here! Quick question, if I have low porosity, how often should I put leave in conditioner? I was told to use it EVERYDAY, which I don’t think is good for my hair.
I wanna use mielle because my hair has been shedding/breaking from the follicles. I have been doing research to see if I’m just nah eating the right amount of nutrients but I’m nah sure atm. I wanna try rich royals for leave in and consistent moisturize. I’m using camille rose green algae deep conditioner and it for sure works, and it sells out quick.

I’ve been finding out what my hair likes and doesn’t like for like a month now and if you can or if anyone see’s this and knows the answer. My hair texture shows more definition and shine using my own natural oils blend such as castor, argan, tea tree, coconut, aloe, vitamin e, jojoba, etc. I used to use a lot of leave ins in the past. Would it be more effective to use my own natural leave in blend and cut off all “natural texture” leave in conditioners? No point in using leave ins in my opinion then.
I have 1 question. I am from Austria and my english is not that good. I cant understand what he says that good. Should i leave the leave in conditioner in my hair and never wash it out our should I just use it to detangle and rinse it out after it?
Leave I conditioner is supposed to be left in your head. That’s why it’s called leave in. That said while detangling your hair, having leave in conditioner with greatly help the process. What brill is talking about when he says wash leave in out is because during his hair wash (shampoo time) routine he likes to detangle his hair first, with leave in, wash it out THEN moisturize his hair with deep conditioner. Personally this is a extra step that I don’t think has enough Benifits and waste product. What I do is shampoo my hair. Put deep conditioner in for 30 minutes with a plastic cap. After 30 minutes i add more warm water and gently detangle my hair before washing the deep conditioner out. I then (while in shower and hair is still wet) put leave in conditioner in my hair lightly detangle and step out shower to finish my hair routine.
Heyo King Bril can you tell me if Butter Cream is Leave In Conditioner? Also is it handy to shower comb/brush your hair when conditioner is inside the hair?

Tbh some of the people in the natural hair community that be having type 3 or 4 hair be using regular rinse out conditioners as a leave-in which is sorta misleading caus then they say turn and tell you leave-in and rinse out conditioners are for different things.
