Hummm, I purchased the original long ago and still do it paying at a checkout but with my own updated credit cards. I use one that has expired with the gimmick, and another identical updated card for a quick switch. Works every time. Still has them alway's saying "what no way"? I do the change and put the card it in my shirt pocket then quickly say 'O'h, I guess your going to need it for me to pay! I then grab the switch card and hand it to the cashier or scan the card. It still stands the test of time and it's quick, fun and easy to do. It's all how you present it I guess.
This one of the tricks I've bought more than a few times over the years. Was in my wallet for years now I have my PayPal card and a photocopy back. It slays dude every time. Maybe the first time I've disagreed with you, I ain't mad at ya though. Smilesothwylikeyou

Perhaps it has a use for anyone wanting to create social media videos. It doesn’t look good every time on camera though.

Honestly, it amazes me that anyone other than a child would be impressed by this. They may not know how exactly but everyone knows it’s a fake card.

I got 2.0 by Inglesias and it sounded and smelled like raccoon farts. Returned it for a refund.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s bad like raccoon farts. It just belongs in the past and probably should be retired from sale.
