The kids' lines -- and their perfectly imperfect delivery of them -- were a wonderful spice for me in this one. "I have no issues with that whatsoever!" And of course Pen and Kim were superb, as always.
It's so funny how video Kim can make a huge mess, but real-life Kim HATES messes. I wondered for a second if they got a stunt woman for that, because the idea of Kim wiping whipped cream all over Penn's face was so crazy...

Here's how much we love these -- my husband called my phone from a different room in the house to tell me that there was a new Hallmark Movie from the Holderness family. We were so excited about this new RUclips development that now we are examining our life choices. But -- we LOVE these. They are hilarious. Penn in a wig never disappoints, and the addition of the kids was great!
BTW Diana would have been better off marrying a shrink because then he would have understood and respected her. RIP Princess Diana. Missed very much even twenty-five years later.

The only thing missing is the weird long curls that the leading ladies wear. Go check them out. My daughter and I discuss the fact that the hair and make up only have one curling iorn.
To be fair the long lightly curled hair is done on most females in tv and movies i read its for continuity for shots since its fairly obvious when hair changes when its straight but when its lightly curled its not really noticable if it moves because the curls give it a natural movement and busyness and they can easily recurl it to keep it that half curled half straight look.
Its one thing you cant unsee once you know about the half curled hair on women in media. Especially leading ladies. If theyre hairs down it oretty much gaurenteed

No wine glasses in Hallmark movies- cocoa and coffee! Wine glasses are Netflix “Hallmark like” movies. I have never seen so much wine! (Unless the Hallmark couple own a vineyard!😉)

@@amytarvin2776 Cancelled satellite TV, so no Hallmark movies here this year. Tried the Netflix versions: SO bad we couldn't make it through one yet, usually because there is only one really capable actor, and we spend the time cringing at the acting that is just like this parody. But, yes; wine noted. Maybe that's why the acting is so bad? :-) :-)
@@dianeericson7900 🤣So true! Midnight at the Magnolia is pretty good! Some from last year were so bad I thought I might never watch one again ( sorry Netflix). Hallmark’s are still better, but I don’t have that channel.

I've never watched a Hallmark Christmas movie but I'm sure these versions are infinitely better, more enjoyable and blessedly shorter. I love watching these videos!

Love this! Our daughter told me once she couldn't watch Hallmark movies because they were all so predictable, and I remember thinking, so what's the problem lol? Of course they are!
