@@UniversalOrlandoquick question will there be a grand opening broadcasted live on NBC streaming live on peacock because honestly I would love to be the host of the gold carpet coverage of this because this will be so epic so can we talk I'm a content creator
My mother and I used to go to Uni and IOA all the time. She recently was diagnosed with cancer and is bedridden. I showed her this video and it made her smile. She said she would love to go once this opens. I hope the anticipation and excitement will give her the strength to fight this cancer so we can once more go together.
It's honestly amazing how Universal parks went from riches to rags and then back to riches again. Probably one of the greatest comebacks for any company ever. Universal is on fire right now!
No one does theming and immersion like Universal. I've lived in central Florida for almost my entire life, and I've been present for the opening of a multitude of parks - and this one has me the most excited! The tech is gonna be unreal.
I don't think we've been to the same parks. Some sections are themed nicely, but transitions between lands is not their strong suit (and the majority of their park in Florida still looks like an outdoor mall or cheap tourist traps along I-4). People may not like Disney for whatever reason, but they have much better theming than Universal.
I like Universal and I'm not a Disney adult, but no matter how big of a hard-on you have for DeSantis that's blinding your judgment, Disney has had the upper hand for a while and still does as of this very moment. Epic Universe might move the scale in Universal's favor, but it will take a lot to dethrone Disney.
i love how universal actually cares about their past and how they started (Remembering their original movies and creators and giving them credit along with appreceating their creators) unlike Disney who has COMPLETELY ignored and forgot about what their original creator (Walt Disney) wanted for the company, for example, the movie "Snow White and the seven dwarfs" a beautifull movie with romance and love, honestly my favorite disney movie and its what saved disney from going bankrupt, but nowadays they have decided to do a re make and in live actiona dn they changed it to just "Snow White" and removed the seven dwarfs and removed the entire romance part wich is basicly the entire point of the movie, and here is the actors reason "the story is literaly of a guy stalking her, yeah, weird .-. weird" not only that but disney movies just suck, they are not eye catching, they are either encouraging LGBTQ+ or femenist's or racism etc. which is absolutely stupid and not at all what Walt Disney wanted for the company, disney movies and shows are low effort, low quality and bad story telling and just suck, so quit complaining and being on disneys side (ahem, REPLY COMMENT SECTION), even if universal removed their old rides, at least they never forgot about their past, unlike disney who wants to forget about it and just make money, i mean seriously just check the disney stock market, i agree with elon musk, BOB IGER, GFY -stealth gaming 2
If only Disney’s current execs had this level of passion and conviction towards pushing the boundaries further in Florida’s parks. Well done for going all-in on this Universal 👏
@@sinisterkyrin Except with the buyout of Hulu they will have spent over 90 BIllion for Fox. The Pixar brand took a hit by dumping so many movies on Disney+ when they should have been held back. Chapeck damaged the Marvel brand by producing so much content it was overkill. (Plus got trolled by Comcast to pay more) Comcast has a higher market cap than Disney at this time BTW. Both parks have a ton of paying customers worldwide
For so many years, Universal has always been just behind Disney. But, with the most recent years, I firmly believe that with this newest park, it will finally have matched, if not surpass Disney. And I can't wait to see it.
I grew up in a world where Disney parks were the ultimate destination. Universal has picked up the pieces that Disney left behind and created a magic making world. Epic Universe looks to be the center of the world for dreamers, storytelling, and the BEST theme park in the world. Keep going, Universal!
Absolutely. I LOVED Disneyland growing up. Now it’s so directionless, crowded, and out of touch that there’s no way I’m taking my kids there. Epic World will be our big family theme park destination as soon as they’re old enough.
@@Rathkan Have you been to a Disney park in the last decade. There's amusement park crowded, and then there's Disney crowded. Not the same thing, troll.
I’ve been watching the updates since ground broke. The rumors, additions and now official new concept art is the best part of watching a theme park grow❤ here’s to 2025, I’ll be in my happy place then :)
@@more2me100 both are amazing theme parks and i wish both can keep progressing and creating amazing experiences for everyone. dont know what disney did for them to say this but whatever more for us right?
Wish they would've spent as much time describing the Dark Universe park as they did the other attractions. Was like in-depth analysis of each park and then just throwing in "and there's a monsters park ... now onto Harry Potter ..."
@@MrRaydennis1980i agree! im hoping its cause the land only has two rides and they dont want to give too much away, but we just want to see it alllll 😂😭
This is how you create the magic. Nostalgia, wonder, whimsical joy. This is what’s been missing in the Disney marketing. Amazing work Universal I can’t wait!!
This will directly compete with Disney Parks, which is great for competition. Personally, I always loved Universal Parks over Disney ones. Can't wait for Epic Universe!
Bro why does everything have to be a diss and a competition? I’ve never heard a single kid complain about going to Disney World😂 And obviously most of you taking these shots at Disney aren’t kids which makes it even more weird.
I love how responsive the team was to feedback from guests regarding the parks, as well as how responsive the youtube page is just here in the comments. If you keep scrolling you can see just how much they’ve liked and responded to comments. *This* is the level of attention we love from our parks!
Well said. It's also much more direct and genuine than Disney's strategy to sponsor bloggers to run their PR for them. I know Universal is running a business but it's refreshing to see what looks like a more direct connection between what fans want, what Universal is delivering, the fans' reactions, and Universal's response. I've been a Disney passholder for years and this is just refreshing.
And that’s what’s really changed there was always nostalgia for the Disney parks and vacations but now uni has the nostalgia factor too as people want to bring their kids to something they loved as a kid .
Going to Universal and Disney theme parks in the 90's were great memories I always get to have... I went again as an adult recently and it was such a special experience
Think about it. 2 decades ago, universal was a one day stop at MOST. A secondary thought on a trip to Disney. In that short time, they’ve cemented themselves as the new Alpha in town. This is genuinely unbelievable, and Disney can’t even finish a clone of another ride in 4 years 😂 *BRAVO UNIVERSAL, BRAVO!!!!*
This is insane. Not every day you get to go to an entirely new theme park. This is definitely a wake up call for the mouse, and I can’t wait to walk through those gates on day 1!
@@TiangeloDisney has been playing catch up. The ONLY reason Star Wars galaxies edge exists is because they were trying to play catch up to the Harry Potter worlds of universal. (That’s not conjecture either those are hard facts stated by the company)
As someone that visits Orlando multiple times each year, I can't wait for Epic Universe to open. This is the immersive experience we witnessed in the Harry Potter attractions, being taken to a new level with worlds that will appeal to ALL ages. This is the park we have been waiting for. LOVE LOVE LOVE the "portals" that transport you into each unique world!
I don't think it's been officially confirmed but word on the street is that Universal is going to build a Pokemon land at Universal Studios Orlando by where The Simpsons section is now and they're going to build a Zelda themed land to replace The Lost Continent at Islands of Adventure.@@Ljkrummen987
As an employee of Universal Studios Hollywood, I’m definitely planning my day at Epic Universe. Truly a park inspired by incredible movies. Old and new. You’ll need to give Universal credit for this amazing experience that at this moment would really shake things up with Disney
I think it won’t be long before we see Disney finally reveal something new and exciting to help them easily compete with Universal. They did it back in the early 2010s when Wizarding World debuted and they can do it again.
I love that Universal is putting a section in this park that’s not based on any IP. That roller coaster and carousel look incredible and it shows Disney that not every new attraction has to be based on the latest movie.
Universal rarely gives us anything that's not IP-based. The last time they did was with the Port of Entry at IOA and The Lost Continent, which is essentially gone now. I hope Celestial Park is allowed to grow and expand with new attractions without being completely taken over by a sci-fi IP!
I agree 100%. I think Disney has forgotten that Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, the People Mover, Everest, and Soarin’ Over California were not IP-based. These are iconic amazing rides.
@@Tortidis987 Port of Entry somehow tied all of the seemingly unrelated IPs together in such a great immersion that I still think it's the unsung hero of that entire park - and I still wish I could go back in time and re-experience the Lost Continent for the first time in all of it's opening day wonder. It was so awesome not knowing what to expect at all since there was no pre-existing knowledge to inform your every step.
@@brooksfire9580 Disney WAS much better but they went downhill after covid. We were semi-locals and had annual passes for years. But then they decided it was a good idea to reduce services, increase prices and make it harder to just go to the parks and enjoy yourself.
@@brooksfire9580the Imagineers that made Disney better now work at Universal. Disney just announced they are reskinning some old rides. Cheap cheap cheap. Universal is the new winner. The more Disney fails, the more money they will lose, and the more they will fail. They are already in a death spiral. They lost more than half of their money last year, and literally cannot afford to do anything new with the parks, and their movies have to take huge budget cuts. It’s over for them
@@blaster-zy7xx I'm hoping a change in management will reverse these changes. Disney parks still have such a rich history and I don't want to see it fall into disrepair, or else be an absolute pain to visit. We're probably never going to see something on the quality level of Pirates of the Carribean (Or the Haunted Mansion) from either company ever again. (And that's not an insult, that's just a testament to the quality of 1960s Imagineering
Giving the fans not only what they want but more importantly, giving the fans what they don’t even know they wanted. That’s innovation right there. Huge Disney fan here but I’m rooting for you Universal! This is the type of work ethic, passion and ethos that put Disney on top and they are sadly losing.
Universal has done it! Over the last 10 years and beyond they came to the table and earned their seat at the head of it. They have captured the intrigue, imagination, and hearts of all ages.
Genuinely this looks to be one of the greatest entertainment experiences ever. The amount of detail that’s gone into this park is unreal, and I cannot wait to explore it.
Wow, Universal really knows how to create magic! This new park looks absolutely incredible. The attention to detail and the immersive experiences they're offering are mind-blowing. I can't wait to step into Celestial Park and feel that thrill of being alive. Universal, you've outdone yourselves! Can't wait for 2025!
This is looking to be one of the greatest theme parks ever built. They know what's up when it comes to listening to the fans and creating immersive experiences from video games, to fantasy adventures, to what saved the studio to begin with. Never forget where you were before and bring it forward to newer generations to come. I'm looking forward to it!
It's seriously a very underestimated land I think. Some are like HTTYD??? But I think once they see and experience it they will like it. Great land for families too!
Smart move, considering when the people who grew up with HTTYD are about to start making more disposable money as adults -- and then they can spend it on their childhood dreams they never had -- on their kids.
Universal is on a whole different level. I had passes that they gave us 20 years ago and they said they where good forever. We went last year and I thought they are not going to give us free passes. They not only gave us the passes for both parks but comp. My granddaughter ticket. We will be back again this year and of course in 2025 they definitely earned our business and care about the experience. Way to go!
One time about ten years ago, my friend came with me, but only got to go for one day, and there was an issue with his ticket, and it cost us like an hour. My dad complained to them, and they gave us both free fast passes to make up for the time we lost.
The reason we originally got the tickets was because we were in line to get in and they asked us to give tickets to employees that went above and beyond for the day. It was for big prizes that employees could win. They were very happy to receive a ticket. I would have done it even if they didn’t give us the free tickets. I was just so surprised 20 years later they still honored them.
I love the quote by Dr. Frankenstein at 1:06: “Where should we be if nobody tries to find out what lies beyond?”. He is so excited and passionate about his work and creation…and they use that to talk about the future of Universal. 😍
Listen man, it’s just a basic theme park with Mario in it. It’s not like this is some extraordinary experience like seeing Grand Canyon or going to space. Most of the theme park experience is waiting 2 hours for rides that last 2 minutes - you don’t need to “find out what lies beyond” that😂😂
@@johnathanl8396 I disagree. The immersion is real, the love for the classics is real, and I cannot wait to be there. It’s not a substitution for amazing locations in real life, but it offers something else that they are doing their best to realize for us…. and I cannot be more excited for that realization.
@@johnathanl8396You must not have a very fun imagination. Things can be what people make them. If you go anywhere with that attitude, you are definitely NOT going to enjoy yourself. Have you ever tried to have a positive attitude about anything?
I’ve been going to Universal since I was basically born. It’s been about 33 years and counting then. I was there when every new attraction was open since the early 90’s. I got to experience when Island of Adventure was first open. Now I will be there when Epic Universe opens. I’m so excited to experience the storytelling, the thrills, the new foods, and most of all the emotions I will have to become part of each world’s story and creating new memories. Thank you Universal Studios, you made my heart soar this morning in excitement to my theme park home.
This looks better than anything Disney has put out in the past 25 years. As a lifelong major Disney parks fan/nerd and a relative Universal newcomer, I can honestly say that I am more excited about this park than I have been for anything Disney has done during my lifetime. Truly exciting. Universal Orlando Resort is about to claim the top spot in the Orlando theme park world when Epic Universe opens. As Disney continues to raise prices and lower quality, Universal seems to be doing the exact opposite. Like I said, I have been going to the Disney parks since I was five years old back in ~2003 and have only been to Universal a handful of times, but I truly am more excited about Epic Universe opening than I have been for just about everything Disney has done during my lifetime. It really is an awesome time to be a Orlando theme parks fan!
@@emiline1328 are you a prior fan of Universal or are you also mainly a Disney person like me that Epic Universe is drawing over to their side? Like I said, my family would take at least yearly trips to Disney together with my same-age cousins beginning in like ‘03 or ‘04 and kept that tradition until we all graduated high school. So I’ve been to Disney more than I can count, but only ever went to universal Orlando for the first time in 2022, mainly because I finally watched all of the Harry Potter movies and got super into them lol. I finally had an excuse to get myself to sacrifice a Disney day to go to universal instead, and to my sorta surprise, the wizarding world stuff is easily every bit as good as any of Disney’s best stuff. That trip is what finally got me to take off the Disney blinders and realize that universal is also making world class attractions, sometimes better than Disney. Now with Epic Universe, for the first time ever I think I would actually choose Universal over Disney at this point. They truly are really nailing it right now on a level Disney hasn’t been at since who knows when. But yeah, EU is truly gonna be epic.
Key statement is they listened to their fans. All this and no reservations, virtual ques, Genie, LL or phone needed to enjoy your day. No waking up at 7am and stressing about getting on your favorite ride. Love you guys I’ll be there!!!!!
This right here is why I love Universal. Disney makes a vacation so so stressful with having to be on top of everything at the exact right moment. Give me an express pass (or not) and still ride everything. Probably gonna do 3 days here at least for my first visit.
It’s the people who make excuses for the needlessly stressful and greedy way Disney now operates that only enable them to continue screwing over guests. Free Fastpasses for 20yrs-now they have Genie+. Used to love WDW, but have zero desire to go back. Especially as they strip away more classic attractions.
To be fair Volcano Bay is an entire park of virtual queues, and Universal does sell their Express add-on. But in general you're right they require way less planning and allow more spontaneity...even in something as simple as switching parks or grabbing a meal since their footprint is so much more compact and walkable. To me the most impressive element shown is the BALANCE between authenticity to their IP and allowing the guests to experience their own journey in said IP. Even these quick glimpses of their four themed lands reveal how much Disney missed the mark with Galaxy's Edge in their insistence on in-universe realism over guest experience. In-universe Dracula and Frankenstein, or Mario and Donkey Kong, or Paris and the Ministry of Magic all wouldn't exist in the same geographic space, but by relaxing the rules just a bit Universal ended up with four spaces which look thematically pure while allowing guests to encounter and experience the full assortment of characters and spaces within each world. Star Wars fans want to drink at Mos Eisley Cantina, ride a speeder on Hoth, fly on the Falcon with Han Solo, and go shopping at Cloud City. By insisting that all the action takes place on Batuu and at one specific time period guests are denied all of those moments, in exchange for a more pure experience in a setting no one actually cares about. I'm so glad Universal seems to have learned from that lesson and allowed their guests to actually experience what it is that makes each of their fictional worlds so special.
Honestly, there has been absolutely no communication by Universal to confirm how the introduction of the new park will impact Premier hotel prices, express Pass, Annual Pass pricing and benefits, or Park tickets prices. We have no idea what will change or when.
Hopefully it'll mean Disney steps up their game a bit. Or at least gets competitive with some offers. Don't get me wrong, I'm a capitalist at heart but over the last few years they have turned every screw as far as possible (and even too far in many cases!) to get the maximum expenditure from visitors and give them the least in return that they can get away with.
@@JK-wn3cc Disney messed up Galaxy Edge being a world that was not present in the movies. That Star Wars hotel still can be fixed if they include half and full day packages to go alone with the three day stays and lunch, dinner theatres. Disney also must get a family friend video game character IP's into that park. A nice Alien V Predator in Hollywood Studios would be nice as well.
@@Smiggly2574 I love Galaxy's Edge, and I don't think they messed it up. It feels like being on parts of Tatooine or other parts of the movies, and it looks and sounds like Stars Wars. I'm glad they are allowing characters from other time periods into it as well. With that said, I definitely like what Epic is doing, including having a hotel integrated into the park. I hope Epic is successful, and Disney innovates some more as well. Theme parks are just all about wonder to me, so that's all it has to achieve. Star Wars Cruise Hotel was a big mistake, but they could still turn it into a really nice hotel. Still no word on what they are doing with it now that it closed.
Universal is getting every single dollar of my Disney trip budget for at least the next 5 years. This looks amazing! Just the fact they have Trader Brandon and Jordan Hill (club mayday) on this is all I had to hear to be excited for this! Absolutely nailed it, Universal.
As Universal builds amazing new parks and lands, Disney cuts investment and slashes plans. The difference between the two could not be more apparent. Universal has become what Disney used to be - evoking a sense of magic, wonder, and excitement with their parks. Epic Universe is looking absolutely incredible, and looks poised to become the premiere theme park experience in Orlando, outclassing everything Disney has to offer. And just think - they have 3 massive expansion plots as well for future lands. Thank you Universal for building amazing new worlds for us to explore - I will be at Epic Universe on opening day!
I go to Orlando and choose Universal over Disney every time, and I never look back. New park is going to be epic! My family is so excited. Saving up already to hopefully score a stay at the Helios! Great work Universal!❤
Oh man, I'm almost crying here. My first visit to Universal was in December 1990, for my 5th., birthday. The Universal Studios Florida park had opened in that year and my parents absolutely LOVED the "ride the movies" experience. Years later, in 1999, I was at the resort with my family to celebrate the opening of Islands of Adventure. I was 13 years old. Next year I'll be 40 and can't wait to experience everything Epic Universe will offer. You guys are part of my history. The greatest memories I have of my life have Universal parks in it. Thanks for bringing so much joy and excellence. Lots of love to all of you.
httyd is a trilogy that I hold close, loved it dearly when each movie came out and still do and I'm so stoked for that land in particular, but the fact that universal is pushing to really bring more immersive experiences to its theme park and really make itself even more of a competition to disney is really exciting. Especially since they've really been lacking in recent years and have lost a lot of the magic that you guys seem to be taking and using to your advantage really looks like you guys are moving things in a really promising direction and I can't wait to see what you guys bring us and can't wait to enjoy in these new parks in person at some point
My husband and I went to Universal for our honeymoon, 1999. We loved Universal so much that we moved Orlando. We are now celebrating our 25th Anniversary! You are a huge part of our family. We are so excited to see this next expansion!
I'm 46, and I'm sitting here in Spain yearning to be able to go back. I to have a few tears. Used to fly for a living and stayed opposite Universal twice a month for 5 days, we'd get in free with our staff passes, so I'd be there everyday. I truly miss that park.

I'm just at the end of my first ever trip to Orlando for 2 weeks and have been absolutely blown away by the quality, complexity and size of the rides here, especially Universal studios and islands of adventure. The holiday was so tiring with long ass days and lots of walking. And fron my calculation have ridden around 65 rides and attractions This new park looks incredible, so i doubt this will be my last visit
I will cry at the entrance , as someone who links this to my dearest family memories , and as an adult honeymooned here and go with my wife . I was 6 when I visited studios just a parking lot and the park , I feel like I grew with universal , and construction of IOA my dad snuck me over the fence and took a picture with the dinosaur before the park was even legal to get in and yelled at by construction workers - I am so excited - universal is part of my life , part of me- forever . Dear Universal, I love how you said ‘the thrill of being alive’ toward the end of this video. I've been following this project closely and I am blown away. Each time it looks like a concept for this park was scrapped it wasn't due to budget cuts (like some famous other company) it was to make it way more amazing 😍. Thank you for definitely outshining any of your competition. I'm so excited to visit.
Not me weeping before work in the morning at a universal parks promo video!! As a Universal Orlando fan since 1999 Its been a privilege following alongside this park from concept, to breaking ground, rumors to the official land announcements! I cannot wait to see all the theme park vloggers content of this park for the first year, and then experiencing it for myself - there will be tears lol
What I'm loving most about Epic Universe so far is that the way the theming is done for the park feels like something out of Kingdom Hearts when you're able to explore realms that one never thought would exist but the fact that they do really does make you change overtime for the better. While I know in the end it's just a way to make more money theme park wise, it really doesn't feel like it. It's basically a lot like a passion project that celebrates what people love about theme parks and stories as a whole that just happened to have enough budget backing it up to make it possible. I can only imagine the impact Epic Universe will have on people as well as Orlando and theme parks as a whole when it opens next year if people are already hyped for it now. If I somehow manage to visit Universal Orlando in the future, Epic universe will without a doubt be among my top reasons to go.
i turned down a chance to go to universal studios several years ago. i was in florida and had gone to disney, but decided to stay back with my grandma and shop instead of going to universal. i’ve since been planning my return to go to universal studios, but i think i’ll wait until this park is open to the public and plan a trip to do both! looks like a blast, so excited!
Wow this park looks truly incredible we cannot wait to get in this park in 2025.... I'll also add, I think I speak for the entirety of British Theme park community in saying we very much hope your Universal Great Britain project near Bedford goes ahead as something even close to this park in the UK will be a dream come true :D
As long as it’s a significantly different product - part of the joy of going to Florida (aside from the weather) is to experience all the attractions that you cannot get at home. If they build a really similar park you can do go to every week, I think it will ruin the magic a little! If they really make it unique to Britain with some different themes it would be amazing!
@@davidro77 I agree, thankfully they've already said if it goes ahead it will not feature any rides found in the Orlando parks. I imagine this is to not to cannibalise their market of brits who visit Orlando, but to wet peoples whistle who might not have visited their international gates without a taster closer to home.
@@WorldofCoasters wow that’s good news! Although struggling to see how they’d be able to do HP without borrowing existing rides like the castle and escape from gringotts
Do you mean that Disney doesn't bring anything new? If so, that's ridiculous, Disney has opened so much stuff in the last 10 years (Avatar land, Toy story land, Starwars land) they've also created attractions that have top-of-the-art technology (rise of the resistance, avatar's flight of passage, etc.) they also have much better food options.
Yeah, don't forget. Disney is always implementing new ways to screw you over! They also have frustration and depression, waking up before the crack of dawn, only to still miss out on booking a spot to ride what you really came for because the app is so full and booking is closed. Oh, what a shame you spent all your savings from the past 5 years, just to get here and experience this one ride. You didn't book it fast enough. Maybe you'll get another shot in another 5 years, huh?
The whole park looks world class, but Celestial park seems so classy and hearkens back to the green space parks of the 20th century. The Constellation carousel reminds me of Windsor McCay's comic art from the 1900s. Love the inspiration.
Awww I love that Universal went to the fans and asked what they want, it shows you care about your guests unlike Disney who only cares about money, if Walt was still here they wouldn’t be so greedy. I can’t wait to see Epic Universe! Thank you for doing this for us and not for yourself ❤

Disney has much better theming, at least at the time of me writing this. Epic Universe may very well set a new standard
My favorite part is the part where they think there is still a middle class to pay for the tickets.
Uhhh Disney?
What wishes? This is such a dumb statement to sound profound.
Walt Disney is ever changing. That was Walt's vision
Yeah Walt wanted change, but it was innovative change, not cheap cash grabs. Story, not monopoly
I agree… a majority out there blur the lines between change and pandering to the masses. Bring back the creativity those parks once had.
The wishes of Disneys original founder being naziism and facism?
The level of production. The incredible visuals. The returning director icon. I could help but tear up. God bless Universal Orlando!

@@Tortidis987 That's not true. Volcano Bay is an original concept.

One time about ten years ago, my friend came with me, but only got to go for one day, and there was an issue with his ticket, and it cost us like an hour. My dad complained to them, and they gave us both free fast passes to make up for the time we lost.
Good luck getting into that park on opening day (or even Orlando lol)
The reason we originally got the tickets was because we were in line to get in and they asked us to give tickets to employees that went above and beyond for the day. It was for big prizes that employees could win. They were very happy to receive a ticket. I would have done it even if they didn’t give us the free tickets.

I mean a virtual queue sounds great. I would rather be able to do something else while I am waiting in line.
imagine having a theme park with every single ride that’s ever been made and not defunct, truly a place where magic could happen
Damn, I thought I was watching a Disney promo. So happy for Universal! They are killing it. Disney needs to take a back seat now!
Hopefully it'll mean Disney steps up their game a bit. Or at least gets competitive with some offers. I go to Orlando and choose Universal over Disney every time, and I never look back. New park is going to be epic! My family is so excited. Saving up already to hopefully score a stay at the Helios! Great work Universal!❤
As a former USH opening crew to WWoHP, watching this made me cry and excited to see Epic Universe!
Lots of love to all of you.
awesome
httyd is a trilogy that I hold close, loved it dearly when each movie came out and still do and I'm so stoked for that land in particular, but the fact that universal is pushing to really bring more immersive experiences to its theme park and really make itself even more of a competition to disney is really exciting. Especially since they've really been lacking in recent years and have lost a lot of the magic that you guys seem to be taking and using to your advantage
really looks like you guys are moving things in a really promising direction and I can't wait to see what you guys bring us and can't wait to enjoy in these new parks in person at some point
My husband and I went to Universal for our honeymoon, 1999. We loved Universal so much that we moved Orlando. We are now celebrating our 25th Anniversary! You are a huge part of our family. We are so excited to see this next expansion!
Wow incredible story!!! And congrats.
I’m a 49-year-old businessman and this brought tears to my eyes…dead serious (and can’t wait)
I'm 46, and I'm sitting here in Spain yearning to be able to go back. I to have a few tears. Used to fly for a living and stayed opposite Universal twice a month for 5 days, we'd get in free with our staff passes, so I'd be there everyday. I truly miss that park.
If you think this is "cool" you should see what GOD has in store for all who are saved. NOTHING this earth has can compare to the GLORY of GOD & HEAVEN! HOME is where I'm looking forward to the most. PRAISE JESUS!!!!
I'm just at the end of my first ever trip to Orlando for 2 weeks and have been absolutely blown away by the quality, complexity and size of the rides here, especially Universal studios and islands of adventure.
The holiday was so tiring with long ass days and lots of walking.
And fron my calculation have ridden around 65 rides and attractions
This new park looks incredible, so i doubt this will be my last visit
I will cry at the entrance , as someone who links this to my dearest family memories , and as an adult honeymooned here and go with my wife . I was 6 when I visited studios just a parking lot and the park , I feel like I grew with universal , and construction of IOA my dad snuck me over the fence and took a picture with the dinosaur before the park was even legal to get in and yelled at by construction workers - I am so excited - universal is part of my life , part of me- forever . Looks stellar
Im doing an Interprenership for Tech ride and show at Universal and i cannot tell everyone how happy i am to be apart of the comcast corporation working at One of the best Theme parks That offers so much to gives into return, and with epic universe opening very very soon...this is a definite game changer not only between disney, but between all theme parks worldwide........Universal is on their oen level of themeing that not only brings out Their first 3 theme parks, but steps up the hype for so many people to come from all arpund the world and im all in for it❤
Can’t wait to go here when it opens. I’ll take it over Disney World. Used to go there a few times in the past. But Epic Universe looks wonderfully captivating! I look forward to going with my siblings one day!
Dear Universal,
I love how you said ‘the thrill of being alive’ toward the end of this video. I think that sentence truly captures what this new park is going to mean to so many people - from all over the world, and all ages. I’m 43, and I’m as excited as a little child probably is to go on this adventure. I truly can’t wait to see something this new and innovative coming next year 2025. It’s not ten years away, it’s just around the corner really, and I think that makes it even more surreal. This experience is actually coming very, very soon. I truly look forward to walking into Celestial Park for the very first time. Thanks for the fabulous update.
Love ya, ❤
Christine
The Gardens look INCREDIBLE! LETS GO UNIVERSAL!!!
Glad to see Dark Universe finally getting the love it deserves!
You know this will be an amazing experience when the video touches your heart. This video got me to shed some tears 😭. I cant wait to experience Universal Epic Universe
Visiting Dark Universe during nightime will be AMAZING
Especially when they decide to do Halloween Horror Nights!
@@-djblizzard-1358 October 2025 is gonna rock so hard
😂I thought the exact opposite
Congratulations on taking guest data seriously and transforming it into something that will be truly "Epic". It is comforting to know while the House of Mouse has lost its way, Universal continues to innovate and provide incredible experiences that ALL families can afford. Can't wait to visit your newest creation!
Take all my money!!!! This looks AMAZING!!!! We already love Universal and this just makes me love them more! Finally a company that actually listens to their fans!
My tears fell watching the world of Harry Potter and Universal monsters. Thank you for this enormous work, thank you for everything.
I'll always love that you can clearly tell Universal cares about the fans and their input. You can see that in their past, present and future attractions and details but also because I've noticed they're SO good at reading and responding to RUclips comments and TripAdvisor reviews! Will always appreciate that!
This is PR. Of course, everything is perfect with PR. Wait until it's actually open to see if they paid attention to details.
@@brooksfire9580 That sure is true, but it should say something when one company has people actively reading the comments and the other doesn’t. That alone says a lot.
I remember back when I was young and my parents took us to Universal for the first time. This video brings back so many memories. Now that I’m older I cannot wait to take my daughter when this park opens. To think it may only cost a second mortgage to go!
This looks like it’s going be the greatest story immersive theme park out there. I was already blown away by Universal Florida, but the universal team has brought something that I have dreamed of! The idea of going through portals phasing through different time periods and universes of Universal sagas is a dream come true. Thanks Universal, can’t wait to go in 2025!
I've been following this project closely and I am blown away. Each time it looks like a concept for this park was scrapped it wasn't due to budget cuts (like some famous other company) it was to make it way more amazing 😍. Thank you for definitely outshining any of your competition. I'm so excited to visit.
I’ve always thought Universal has the best parks in Orlando. Definitely setting the bag high for the other parks 😎
Absolutely blown away! I can't wait Dark Universe - a taste of HHN all year round! And it's wonderful to see Steven Spielberg involved again.
You know they've done it right when you tear up watching a promo video. I cannot wait. Thank you to all of the team behind this ❤
this actually made me cry. a whole new park is so exciting i cant contain the emotions that this is causing me
Not me weeping before work in the morning at a universal parks promo video!! As a Universal Orlando fan since 1999 Its been a privilege following alongside this park from concept, to breaking ground, rumors to the official land announcements! I cannot wait to see all the theme park vloggers content of this park for the first year, and then experiencing it for myself - there will be tears lol
I went to Universal last year and it was amazing. But these ideas definitely want me to go back when this world is created.
Same! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back after epic is open!
This is definitely looking to be the best next generation theme park to debut in a long time
What I'm loving most about Epic Universe so far is that the way the theming is done for the park feels like something out of Kingdom Hearts when you're able to explore realms that one never thought would exist but the fact that they do really does make you change overtime for the better.
As a concept artist on this project i cant wait to see it realised. People are going to love it.
i turned down a chance to go to universal studios several years ago. i was in florida and had gone to disney, but decided to stay back with my grandma and shop instead of going to universal. i’ve since been planning my return to go to universal studios, but i think i’ll wait until this park is open to the public and plan a trip to do both! looks like a blast, so excited!
As a long time Disney fan all I can say is WOW, you have my attention Universal and my next trip is going to be all about exploring your theme parks!
Disney needs to up their game. The days of saying FU we are Disney are gone.
Can't Agree more, love going to Florida, but a Theme Park in the UK anything like that would be great.
They hearted it, It's official.
I nearly cried hearing Colin Clive’s inspirational lines. Absolutely beautiful.
The 6 year wait is almost over. I can't wait to visit Epic Universe. ESPECIALLY SUPER NINTENDO WORLD!
Still got to wait till 2025 though, when Epic Universe officially opens.
Disney's response...uhhh, new popcorn bucket? 😂
Hey we also have dudes dressed as a fairy princess…
I think Disney really needs to go back to its roots. Make a park with more original attractions, no IPs
Disney will be open just to lgbt+ q community
After all the theories, photos, and years of waiting, it’s here and it’s already worth the wait. I can’t wait till next year
The whole park looks world class, but Celestial park seems so classy and hearkens back to the green space parks of the 20th century. The Constellation carousel reminds me of Windsor McCay's comic art from the 1900s. Love the inspiration.
This will change Orlando forever. Thank you universal team.
The fact this is making me smile while watching ….. why universal is gonna be #1
Awww I love that Universal went to the fans and asked what they want, it shows you care about your guests unlike Disney who only cares about money, if Walt was still here they wouldn’t be so greedy. I can’t wait to see Epic Universe! Thank you for doing this for us and not for yourself ❤
Looking forward for it yeah Mario fans 🎉
I'm full grown woman. Almost 30 years old...But Lord knows I'll bawl like a baby if I ever step into Super Nintendo World. Mario has always been a huge staple of my childhood. The thought of being able to experience this in real life is making me a bit teary eyed.
All the other lands sound great. Definitely looking forward to the How to Train Your Dragon section since its one of my favorite movies. Though I'm not a big fan of Harry Potter & Movie Monsters, I'm sure those lands would be wonderful.
