Fuudo is making me realize why I main Dee Jay since the launch of SF6. He’s so damn unpredictable and showing what he’s capable of with proper learning. Great match up.
He’s the best character in the game imo (not tier wise), so fun and exciting to play, only character I’ve taken to master because I literally don’t care enough about any other character to take them to the level of my deejay, I’m playing akuma now, beaten plenty of masters but just don’t know if I’m gonna bother getting out of diamond, I’m not feeling da riddim mon😂
Lol Dee Jay didn't get nerfed that bad. His damage is still fine, and now people have to actually think about what to do in neutral instead of just playing like a moron
Nah, no SF character has been nerfed as badly as Akuma. No jump back air fire balls, no invincibility teleport, no demon Armageddon. Hell, not even level 1 raging demon.
Seeing Fuudo make minor mistakes with Dee jay is reminder that Dee jay takes a lot of execution and skill to use. Not to take anything away from Fuudo he’s arguably the best Dee jay it just makes me feel better knowing that sometimes you may drop a combo here and there.
I think this video finally showed me why Fuudo is so dangerous with Dee Jay. Dee Jay already has so many fake outs and routes, and Fuudo is unpredictable with all of em. No interaction was ever the same twice, add to that him throwing out insane 0 IQ plays that no one can expect because no one would ever expect the opponent to be that foolish; point blank projectiles, DR into burn out for a surprise attack. You can't get a read on this guy.
Here I am thinking Tokido was this untouchable beast and some dude name Fuudo puts in a quarter and says "Hold my beer..." Holy shit this guy is an animal with Deejay. 😳
@@bowserjr476 He didn't get anything new so he has to do janky combos and end it short which is unlike Fuudo he always tries to do long combos but because of the increased scaling nerfs he has to cut it short as to not burn through resources on what used to be big damage. I read the patch notes and Dee Jay got hit hard. It's just Fuudo being godlike that's carrying him.
Tokido is killing it online with Akuma but still needs work if he wants to compete in Tournaments with the big Dawgs. Fuudo has always been such a strong player. But I know Tokido can be better than this

This version of Dee Jay has Mini Boss energy to the max. If the Capcom devs ever give him a Super Air Slasher, he'd become borderline "broken" instantly.

I remember when the characters were smaller and the background was bigger so you could actually see more action. All the characters have changed from their original origins to simply embody none of their original characteristics. How they move, their stances, their voices and catch phrases all the way to their moves.
Nah, only Dee Jay players in Silver Rank would complain. I'm a Dee Jay main, and I'm surprised since day 1 of how they nerfed him so little, only Upkicks nerf is relevant, and still not enough to change Dee Jay's gameplan. He is still stupidly strong.

Deejays damage and combo routes got nerfed. It's very noticeable here because he's using smaller combos and not the normal long ones
