The wind is consistent and brutal at DDO every year. You are a brave man to play that pro tour stop.. Good luck and stay mental tuff out there! Side note, Ezra is that dude!! What I want to know is what does Ezra do to keep his flexibility? I've been in the gym a long time before disc golf and my range of motion (ROM) was trash. I stopped lifting for about 2 years now to get better at disc golf and my joints feel better, i have less muscle strains and random injuries. But I feel like I need to go back and pump iron since I've been doing it so long. But every time I do, my throws suffer

Hey Anthony, how far do you throw? Whats the biggest change that helped you get further than 400? Im a similar body type and most advice i find online is from comparative giants, lol. Ive been playing a couple years and have been stuck at around 400 for a while now. Thanks!
I'd say comfortably rn with going back and doing another form change like 430-460' depending on wind and how fresh I am. I don't know if I have a good ansewr tho tbh and as I figure it out I'll be sure to make more contnet about it!

DDO is literally the most boring tournament to watch.
i've cycled on and off steroids for the past 5 years. any bodybuilder who has as well can tell. u also cant get this big on "plant based' without being enhanced. these fake nattys arent fooling anyone.

Dude Ezra has maintained this physique for over 4 years. You’ve also failed to any research that you can in fact achieve this physique with a plant based diet. Especially with plants being packed with nutrients and Ezra’s diet is a lot of beans and beans are absolutely packed with protein

It literally concluded juicing is the way to go. Verbatim it says, especially... when combined with strength training...
it's honestly sad that most of the disgolf players have dad bods and don't take their physique seriously. You know if they did some training they'd be able to throw farther, reduce injury and gain stamina.

Plant based diet is lacking vital nutrients and vitamins thus not healthy by definition. I am very confused as to why he believes otherwise. I think even Eagle came to this conclusion after following a plant based diet for years.
