I want to do this mainly because I am tired of working for other people and having to "punch a clock" and be present when someone else tells me. yes, keywords everywhere only shows you search volume and related keywords. it doesn’t tell you how competive a keyword is and that’s what i like most about kw finder and the other keywords that are easy to rank for. try the 10-day free trial to see how you like it. and the seo is definitely for beginners, i had to go back to my old articles and fix which was a pain. if you can start out doing it right it will help so much get traction faster

You don't have to wait for google to rank your articles. Join groups on Quora and post there. Quora has a DA score of 97 and if you post in a group that has say 4.4k members and you get 500 eyes on your content from Quora a month your site is going to start ranking sooner. I have a niche website I went live with on February 1st. It has 6 articles I think. I posted on facebook, pinterest, quora, reddit and get eyeballs on my content everyday and my DA score is 8 for two months. Thats excellent for a new website that is only 3 months old with 6 articles. lol

Because I’m burned out of writing, when I first got started I was writing an article a week/two weeks for the first two years. My site now runs on autopilot through my articles ranking on Google. I can write an article in my sleep now, I need something else. I needed a new challenge and a way to diversify my income. I’ll never leave my blog it just runs without me now. I’m a stay at home mom, I need a creative outlet, a challenge. So that’s why.

Awesome and organized video! I’m in the starting stages of creating a hockey blog and have published a few articles. The target is people like me who love hockey statistics/interesting hockey discussions. Just wondering what your thoughts are on it if it doesn’t really help anyone per say, but more serves as just an interesting “did you know” kind of thing? Wasn’t sure if blogging is primarily for helping people out with a specific problem or question.
That would be great, my first suggestion is to check the search volume on topics around hockey using kwfinder to make sure people are seaching for those topics online
