Archaeology can do so much to put stories & lives back on the ruins of the ancient past. But its limits can be much more "limiting" than some would like to admit! Watch as I use "Medieval Engineers" gaming software to show what we know -- and more importantly don't know -- about Hadrian's Wall, and Roman forts in general.

What you are creating is like a virtual time machine. This is so amazing. I can imagine in the future it being a virtual tour with a virtual character of yourself who gets to interact with the past. I imagine what it would be like to see Augustus, to speak to Claudius, to punch Nero in the mouth. LOL. I think what you're doing has a huge impact for the future Generations. Thank you

Hi Miguel. Thank you so much for your notes on my videos! They made my day. Unfortunately when the company made its final major update to the game a couple years ago, they broke many things for many players. The software never worked right on my computer again, so I wasn't able to build anything more or do anything else with it. Then the game was released and basically abandoned unfinished. It had such potential! So I'm doing other things these days. But I'm really happy that the videos are still up and people are still finding & enjoying them.

Your videos have made the past accessible. And is beautiful the love you have put in all of this and the love you clearly have for history. I truly appreciate what you have done. I am really fond of history, I enjoy rebuilding historical buildings or ruins and use them on my minecraft server.
