I'M TOO OLD FOR THIS ANYMORE‼️

- The older I get, the more I feel it's necessary to change our way of thinking as men in order to live our best lives and succeed, and in order to do that, we need to embrace suffering. Today, I share my thoughts on why we need to suffer and why it's good to experience suffering as men. Our culture and society have conditioned our minds to ignore or flat out avoid suffering and struggle. The Lord says to count our sufferings as good in so that they change us for the better.

The only thing I'm too old for is this world's BS. Over 50 and still getting after it everyday. Stay strong! Great video.
Yes sir
Amen! Definitely been suffering a bit lately. I stopped drinking and weed cold turkey 5 days ago. My daughter deserves a dad who isn’t an addict.
Thank you for the words of encouragement, we’re all stronger than we know.
@TheCreamRisesToTheTop you're a good man. Don't let the enemy stay in your mind. He knows he will never have you as a child of God. Keep the faith and move forward to better days. You got this, and I'm proud of you, brother. ☕️ ✝️
Amen brother 🙏🏼 ❤️ we will overcome our struggles thru Christ.

We are like blocks of stone out of which the Sculptor carves the forms of men. The blows of his chisel, which hurt us so much are what make us perfect. - The Problem of Pain (1940) By C.S. Lewis

Good Morning 😊Awesome Video👌🏽Im Too Old For This Shit 😮 Thanks For Sharing 👏🏼 You Hit The Nail on The Head 💯 Have a Blessed Day 🙏🏽 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Thank you Yusuf
As someone who is gen z, I completely agree with you, but at the same time my generation doesn't want to participate in the crappy society that has been built, so what's the next option, go hide somewhere, which i don't think is the right answer, infact I spend almost everyday , i feel like, fighting to make things better to get no where, so is it really the fact people don't want to suffer? Or is the fact that people just gave up?
Thank you for being here. Personally, I don't think any generation wants to participate. The reality is we all have to participate anyway because the system was put in place and is rigged against us from the very beginning, regardless of how we feel. You have to participate to survive and thrive. Putring a calus on our minds. Not ignoring realities but rather filling that void with discipline and with the hope of Jesus that can sustain us in the moments we feel like tapping out. Giving up is not an option. Failure is an option that we all go through and suffer to some degree. I know some Gen z who are progressing themselves and I know people in my generation (x) Who are lazy and decided to just be mediocre and accept their false reality from the lies they have believed about themselves and been told. I feel ya, brother. But we have the choice to give up or the choice to stay in the arena. You will suffer with both. It's only the ones who won't give up and get back up that finds success on the other side of the bullshit of life.
Only you can decide, but life won't stop throwing it's shitty hand on us regardless of what way we choose. It just shows who we really are in those moments. The average person today already gave up in their mind.
For me, there is no alternative. Thank you again, and I hope you have many blessings to you and your family.
I can endure hardship. I just don't enjoy it 😅
But yeah.. I like your encouraging words brother. If one can learn to enjoy hardship and suffering that's gotta be some ticket to the ultimate success in life. I think you've cracked the code!
@theequador5303 thank you for being here. I appreciate you brother.
It takes a lot to admit you was that person. Great work
Thank you
Danny glover on lethal weapon. 😅
Hahaha great movie
It all depends on how much energy you have. You really shouldn't be talking about this because every one of us is different. You can't give me advice because your energy level is through the roof compared to mine. Just getting up, washing the dishes & preparing food drains all my energy for the entire day. I can barely move or function. You have no idea what fatigue is really like. Fatigue & being tired are 2 completely different things.
@@sci-fi.tsunami "I dont know what real fatigue is" i have pulled people out of burning buildings, served 24 months in combat, and 20 years of marriage with two teenage daughters, have every day chronic pain and injuries sustained from war and other health issues that make it difficult for me as well to simply get out of bed every day. I'm just relatively young at 42 and not obese like 70% of the country. I don't claim to have the answers, and I never said to take any advice as if I'm some kind of knowledgeable person. I'm not. I'm just explaining my experiences.
Too much suffering in the form of a long lasting bad depression and insomnia isn’t a good thing, it’s horrific
@@justmadeit2 I can totally relate
thanks, good points you make
Thank you 😊
Good vid but lost me with the magic man that lives in the sky stuff. Cheers
