Having experienced serious illness 20 odd years ago I know how devastating such news can be for the people who surrounded me. Given how important Darren eel has been to Newcastle over the last three years to lose him at this stage is a huge blow. Irrespective of any successor I just hope that he comes through this episode and has a long and healthy life. #HTL #NUFC.

Mitchell is the future of the club with PSR their is no other way to do transfers, if Eddie doesn’t get on board we are finished, or would you have been happy with guehi this season as that’s all Eddie wanted , no RW and no other places but was willing to spend everything on one player, we would be in bottom half with that thinking
