Quick Schezwan Fried Rice | शेज़वान फ्राइड राइस | Ching's Secret

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Spring onions or coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Saute for a few seconds.
Add chopped onions and saute until they turn translucent.
Add chopped carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add Schezwan sauce and salt. Mix well.
Add cooked rice and toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves and serve hot.
