- I decided to create my own "vintage" ephemera, while at the same time using up some of my scraps of coffee dyed paper, etc. Also got to use many stamps, that I don't use often enough!
I do love seeing what other people make with scraps!
I love these "vintage" ephemera pieces that you shared! They're just lovely. And your stamps! Ohhh, your stamps. I kept finding myself saying over and over again "I love that stamp." You've collected some beautiful designs. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences. I wish I had the magic words to make it easier.
Thank you for your condolences. Everyone wishes they had the right words, but just knowing people care helps. As for the pieces you saw in this video, it's about time to make some more. I know I have a lot of stamps. I should be ashamed of how many stamps I have.... but I'm not!
Fabulous! Papers and file folders are so well "aged". Thanks for taking time to show everything. I'm sure you would rather be tidying your craft room. Looking forward to seeing more projects using the handmade ephemera.
Thank you, Janet. I have almost completed my 3rd vintage ephemera junk journal, using actual vintage things, but I snuck in quite a few of these pieces also. I will be posting videos soon! Thanks for watching.
What a great collection of ready made ephemera you created. You have some great stamps that you have put to great use.
Tfs
Chrissie
I didn't realize just how many cool stamps I have for this kind of project until I went through them all and piled them up next to my stamping table! Thanks for watching.
Thanks. I like things made from scratch. They add a bit more of a personal authentic touch. However we make our journals, all that matters is that it makes us happy and your video made me happy. Thank you for the inspiration and ideas.
Your stamped pieces look like the real deal, and your antique ephemera is wonderful :) I have been fascinated by all the different styles of junk journals and paper embellishments, and your style is very appealing , love it
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
I like you style, it is just my style! Thank you for sharing! I will be making some things today to add to my stash of ephemera.
Thank you for watching and commenting. So glad you liked it and feel inspired to make your own. Have fun!
I loved seeing these! You have a wonderful collection of stamps! Most of the stamps I have never seen! Thanks for sharing!
Hi, Diane. I'm digging into the vault for some of your oldies and goodies. Thanks for actually showing what you made. It's easy to say to use the stamps you have on hand, but you are using a wide variety of stamps. Love it! I'm looking at my stamps in a whole new way! TFS. From Cheryl in AZ
Wow, this is an oldie! But I still love making this kind of ephemera!

I remember those old green stamps. My mom used to collect the ones from A&P supermarket in the 60s. . She would let me lick the stamps and put them on. LOL
I love this and I love to watch video's like this and think that I will start this afternoon making such cards and tickets! Thanks for inspiration and thanks for sharing! Have a nice and productive weekend, cheers LiLi

Hello Diane. Thank you so much for your great video. Bless your heart, I understand the statement of crafting being therapeutic, I also just lost my husband suddenly last September. Have always been a crafter and right now I appreciate it all the more. Take good care of yourself.
it's a long time now but sending you a hug

Absolutely beautiful ephemera!
Hello Diane, i
Thank you for sharing your lovely video with us all. I have only just found you on you tube :) so,will be looking out to catch more of your videos too.
I love to use load scraps and vintage papers magazines etc., to make ephemera tags, little envelopes and journal notes etc. It is such an enjoyable therapeutic and addictive way to use up bits'n' pieces of scraps and you end up with lots of fun and usable goodies to use for other crafting projects.
Warmest best wishes from across the miles here in France.
Susanne
Thank you, Susanne. Yes it is enjoyable for many reasons. Therapeutic, as you said, saves money, uses up lots of little bits...... Thanks for watching and commenting.

I love these. What a great idea. I adore the vintage look so will have to try some of this, although I don't have as many great stamps. They are awesome, by the way and just perfect for this.
These are so neat, Diane! Thank you for sharing, it's always so much fun to see what people do with scraps, etc. You must have bunches of stamps! I know it's been a couple years but I also wanted to say I am so sorry you lost your husband. I lost mine too, 7 years ago. That's one reason I am starting the junk journal hobby - to keep my mind busy and give me some kind of purpose. Take care.
you have some very cool pieces in there! Thanx for sharing!

Thank you for all of those ideas that can be easily reproduced on my laptop with various fonts. I had thought about doing this, but somehow it is much easier once you see examples. Love new projects. Thanks Diane.
It is always so good to see what to do with scraps. I liked the stamp set from walmart. And I liked the music paper with the edging. I kept on thinking about these would be great for clusters. Thank you for showing different items to have ready to go for projects. They would also be great for a quick card. 😀💞

Stunning aand creative use of waste scraps! 💎XO🌹XO💘XO💜XO💎
Thought I would mention this for everyone. I buy the 110# white copy paper at Walmart and coffee dye it and bake in oven 360 about 6-8 minutes. Nice heavy crisp paper when done, then I stamp and die cut shapes etc. Hope this helps some. Joyce Leathers Pintrest FB.
