Travor and Amy, you probably know this already… …your channel is successful because you tell us your family’s experiences, and that is endearing! I have kids too, and it resonates when you share how funny it is that your smallest child ate 3.5 sausages. ❤😂 Thank you so much for taking us with you on your family vacations!
Our daughter loved the ET ride! Plus we enjoy taking walks at night at Disney. It’s so peaceful and like you said a great time to try to catch fireworks!
My favorite part about E.T. is that he does say your name. And also that he is in the basket in front of you. If you're in the front. I love Caribbean Beach. Of course, that is the only one I have stayed at. But still. Another amazing vlog. Poor Benji. Made me sad he was scared. His face said it all. He is braver than me.
Universal has epic queues. Love me some Disney, but few of their queues hold a candle to every Universal queue. Love this sweeties! Thanks for sharing! Makes me yearn to visit those parks again!
Man I just wanted to tell yall me and my wife and kids have enjoyed watching these disneyworld with you and your family... yall made start planning a disney trip for next year lol... but yall are a 😍 family and it has really been a joy to wait and watch all these videos and see all the fun yall have the food yall eat and just the memories you guys are making it has been awesome
Our 6 year old, like Benjamin, is also not ready for most of the rides at Universal. In fact the only one he likes is Minion blasters, but he loves it so we have done it a zillion times to make it up to him for all the time in the child swap room! We also visit Honeydukes before getting in the Hagrids line, so he has a treat to enjoy while waiting. Even though he doesn’t enjoy many rides, he enjoys going to universal for the Minion blasters and camp Jurassic, and being either his family!
Thank you for this video. Appreciate the details about height & what your child wasn't loving - I hope he is ok - but its something I'm also concerned with for my kids. Great video. Thanks for the details.
Hi, I've been watching your videos for a while, and I really love them (these Orlando ones have been great), they're so helpful to us. I live in Mexico and went to Disneyland last month and followed many of your tips! Beautiful family!
Even my 12 year old daughter did not like the Mummy ride at Universal Hollywood, although she loves Forbidden Journey. But she is a big Harry Potter fan. I’ve been enjoying watching your vlogs of Orlando! I don’t know if we’ll ever get the chance to get over to that side of the US for all those theme parks, so I feel like I’m living vicariously through these vlogs! 🤣
The trips are really simple for filming, because I mostly am just cataloguing our trip in a way that I want to remember or want for research when we start planning again next time. I didn’t do any of our usual video content for these, which means there was no research for tips, no advanced planning of filming locations, no B-Roll (extra footage) necessary (outside of food). This year, we didn’t even do food reviews. In years past I’ve arranged it so every sit down dinner was its own video which required more dining content, extra intros and outros, thumbnails, etc. so there’s more planning. I’ve also done it before where I’ve put those dining reviews out while still in Orlando. I would edit and upload in the evening after the kids went to bed. But for this trip, we pre-scheduled nearly two weeks worth of Disneyland content before we left, so I worked extra hard in the week or two leading up to the trip so that once we were there it was far more relaxing. I just straight filmed what happened that day, off-loaded the footage to my laptop each night, and went to bed ready to do it again the next day.
Yes! We’ve played that one before, though I don’t remember a whole lot about it. We were just talking about seeing if we can go to Knott’s sometime this summer. Maybe in August before the kids go back to school.
@SoCalDisneyDad It's a walk on at rope drop. A couple weeks ago I was able to ride it twice in a row without getting off because there was no one else in line! It's a great ride!
Hi guys, loving your videos. Very generous of you to video whilst you’re on vacation.. Just wondering where Amy bought her anti nausea patches and did they really make a difference?
I think she just bought some generics from Amazon. She said they did help, but a prescription one would likely be more effective, just potentially cause drowsiness.
While I am enjoying these videos, I would love to hear more detailed ride reviews. Do you have another video of the Universal and WDW rides where you share more thoughts on some of these attractions? Thanks!
I just enjoy hearing ride reviews and why you did or did not like a particular attraction. On a side note…How would you rank the video game style rides among the parks? I would personally put Men in Black over all the others because it’s theming is top notch with minimal screens:)
@@randywhittle9678 I prefer Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters (Disneyland version) to anything else I think in terms of theming, control of vehicle, control of blasters, and trigger/target sensitivity. The WDW version of Buzz is terrible by comparison and I’d rank Men in Black above it for sure. I really do like the screen ones though, and thought Villain Con was top notch. I also really enjoy Toy Story Midway Mania. DCA’s Spider-Man is probably my least favorite of the screen heavy game rides.
Yeah WDW Buzz ride sucks as my gun never worked. Villain Con was ok I guess but I really would’ve preferred having a ride vehicle to make it more dynamic and feel less “gimmicky.”
Buildings 45 or 51 are the buildings directly opposite Centertown on the Skyliner side of the resort. I should have added in a map of the resort there. www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/cbrmap.htm We like that location because it’s quick access to Centertown and relatively close to the Skyliner as well. Building 52 wasn’t too bad though. But I still think I prefer 45 overall.
Ours is Unlimited, so it can be used over and over. The single use Express Pass is good once per ride. So if you plan to ride something twice with the standard Express Pass, then you’ll need to standby one of those times.
How come you can’t film any rides or shows in universal studios in Orlando? We went to universal studios Hollywood this Sunday and was able to film anything we wanted (i.e. studios tour, waterworld shows)
Hollywood runs a little different than Orlando, but they’d still not allow you to film on something like Revenge of the Mummy. Orlando is mostly all big thrill rides, and I’ve been yelled at over the loudspeaker to put my phone away. There are whole groups and forums dedicated to the topic of filming at Universal. Most advice is to buy a pair of camera glasses as they’re the only thing that gets by, even over properly strapped Go Pros.
They do, yes! But you won’t be able to get the $10 off with the coupon code I put in the descriptions. That’s packages only. Just visit their website (ideally through the link in the description so I receive a commission) and choose “Hotel Only” and it will show you their “recommended” hotels that often have discounts right at the top.
It tasted really good, much better than most of the hotel quick service locations, and the service was excellent (most don’t offer any sort of service).

Thanks for another great video. I am really enjoying these WDW / universal videos.
My kiddos would probably have the same reaction at universal. Poor little guy! But good to know about premier resorts and the unlimited fast passes!
Love seeing yall and the boys having so much fun. Love love LOVE this channel!
Another great video in the series! Keep up the great work!
Thank you!
Bangers and mash!!! Oh yum. I'd go just for English food. Poor little guy, kudos for trying the ride. Looks like he still had a good, fun time.
He did such a good job! Hopefully if we come back in a few years he’ll be ready for them then.

That play area in Jurassic Park is phenomenal!
@@SoCalDisneyDad it so is. People do not realize how amazing it is. You could take a kid to do nothing but that and they would have a full day.
Loving the Florida vlogs. Glad you are having such a great time! You all are a really lovely family 💕

Mib is my fave! Its outdated in a good way. Its campy.
It was really fun. I had forgotten what it was like since it had been 3 years.

I agree that the Simpsons ride was rather meh. I wish I had Benjamin’s energy. My metabolism envies his walk/run speed 😂
Back in 08 or whenever it opened it was soo good. Now the screens so outdated
They now have mint ones😂
While I am enjoying these videos, I would love to hear more detailed ride reviews. Do you have another video of the Universal and WDW rides where you share more thoughts on some of these attractions? Thanks!
Not for the East Coast parks. But it is something I could put together if you’d find it helpful. I have footage for everything (at WDW anyway).
