Hi. First, I'm so grateful for your videos. Is there a way for me to take a video my daughter made and put it onto a USB device to put it on my PC?

Firstly you are very welcome! Do you mean to take it directly from her phone to your PC? Then there are USBs that you can buy with the connection that will plug into the phone charger port. Transfer the file to the USB and then plug the USB into your PC... just search for phone USB. If that is not what you mean let me know and I can point you in the right direction...😁

I have a video that is 16gb and it fail every time I try to sent it on Google drive, iCloud or drop box. Is there a way to send the video wired from my iPhone to my MacBook

You should be able to take your cable and connect your phone to your computer. Then give the computer permission on your phone and then dig around on the phone as a location and find the video. That is if it is on your phone. Is it on the iCloud, you could use iCloud.com to download it to your Mac as another option. 😁

My girlfriend tried sending me videos using “sent via iCloud” and and been 2 days and it still hasn’t loaded through…any help?

A couple of thoughts, are the videos on her iCloud already, a good check is to go to iCloud.com and make sure you can see the video there? Also make sure both you and her have a decent Wifi connection and connect to the power while transferring, sometimes on low battery the phone can stop syncing. I hope that helps 😁

With a file that kind of file size, I would definitely go for sharing via another cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox. You can then download and share it with everyone. 😁

I sent a large video to one group chat and it took an hour to upload. Then went to share the same video link to another group chat, yet it’s saying uploading again. Is there a way to send it to multiple different people/group chats without having to upload it to the cloud each time?

If you are going through the Apple environment then unfortunately you will need to load it to the Cloud to get to be able to share it. However you could try loading it to another cloud service like One Drive or Dropbox and then you can keep sharing with the same link. 😁

Yup it has to be iCloud to be transferable, but if you have been able to copy the link then the next paste action will paste the link wherever you want it. 😀
