Incorporating these techniques have increased the effectiveness of the treatments and “saved my thumbs” as it were. Thank you so very much for your generosity, David.

Much appreciation for drawing the vertebrates - fun to see it mapped out - the different techniques you offered for working the spine and nerve intervention is splendid. Truly comprehensible & delightful to offer this type of treatment. 😊

    Hello!
I’ve been using hand and foot reflexology for personal relief from pain for +20 years. In the last month I began to have pain in my back related to the 4th lumbar. I never had back pain before amd refuse to start now!
Thank You for the detailed instructions on proper application of reflexology to the spine and related muscles.

I have recently watched a large number of videos on reflexology. So far yours are the best. You do a great job of explaining technique in a clear and understandable way.

Thank you for that video. I want to know, why some time, for example, if I am working with an organ, for the same organ it is more sensitive for the oposite foot.

Good question! It's what we call the cross-over effect. The left hemisphere of the brain controls the right side of the body and the right hemisphere controls the left. Sometimes messages/reactions 'cross over' in the brain, and this is why we get what you have just described.

I really love the content. You speak with authority and wisdom. I just wish the background music wasn't so loud. It's distracting, and takes away from what you're trying to teach.
I apologize for sounding negative. It's not my intention to sound mean spirited. I hope my comment is taken as constructive feedback as I think your voice is perfect on its own. No music is needed.
Thank you for making videos and sharing your knowledge.
