Why are you guys spelling it chanukah instead of hanukkah?? Even if you want to use the kh sound, why not write khanukah not ch like chair chanukah?? Srsly, what's up with that?
No matter how insignificant a detail may appear to be . The reason albeit obscure, trust and follow along with the traditions. Every letter , has a meaning ,every sound deep meaning especially ch . There are layers of understanding and teachings gain depth as understanding is gained. Read more Torah in Hebrew. Shalom
@@floridahuntsman7915 Shalom bro, I'm not talking mysticism here, I mean, before I always used to see it written by h even by jews, and also it's pronounced with kh (argumentativly I guess) not ch.. English is English bro, it's not Hebrew.. Its like when Chinese write hahaha Hhhhh! (because in their pinyin system h is pronounced khe like a laugh).. Why is everyone doing this! 😵😵😵😵 When you're writing English, write English! I seriously don't get it! I know some kabala people say every Hebrew letter has a meaning.. But ch isn't Hebrew!! 😵😵😵
There is no wrong way because it is just transliterting the hebrew. The first letter in hebrew is a sound that can't be perfectly replicated with the english alphabet so you see people spelling it multiple ways for that reason.
Shalom !
