I know that location is everything, but I didn't think any of the apartments were worth their price tags. One interesting thing I noticed when living in London is that no matter how luxurious and expensive the houses were, the outside space is never anything more than a very tiny backyard where you couldn't swing a cat.
I swear I'm not trying to sound smarmy or mean but the English don't have "backyards". They have a "garden". Hi Laura. I am a born Londoner…….may I respectfully point out that anyone who forks out £20m for a London property usually has an estate in the country with many, many thousands of acres!!! (PS. I am not one of them! 😊).
Also to point out the fact that these would be listed buildings. You need planning permission to change even a plug socket or door etc. The cost of renovating a property this old would be extortionate.
I have to say apartment 1 was my favourite, it had the feeling of a home, but my second fav was number 4 as it had the separate dining room. I really cannot imagine someone living in the whole of this house even if it has been extended, which looks seamless. Great tour guys. 👍
Love it when Matt says "this would be the perfect place to have as your central London pad, as well as a few other places dotted around the world"! A few more places around the world, waus, I would be happy with just this one. My favorite is definitely Flat 1 it's absolutely amazing and I agree with Summer the interior is perfect!!!
Why would any one do that? If you own this place there’s a bunch of maintenance n legal stuff to deal with. If I am so rich I would just stay at Four Seasons Hotel for 2 months in London, a few months in the Mediterranean, some time in Vancouver n New York, and most importantly, Thailand- all at the finest hotels!!
That first home is definitely my inspiration for my future Condo Renovation. "Make it feel like this", because that space is definitely so much more than a look, you FEEL the space... Superbly done...

I liked apt. 4 and the only thing I would do different is switch the dining room with the living room connected to the kitchen. It makes more sense to have the dining room table near the kitchen area and keep the living room in it's own separate space.
I used to think this, but as I spend much of my time in the kitchen, when my husband comes home he likes to relax in the living area and I find I feel quite isolated and can’t talk to him unless I keep stopping my tasks to go in and speak to him. And after a hard day at work I can’t exactly ask him to hang out at the dining table to keep me company. I like this layout as it brings those spaces together so I can carry on working and he can relax and we can still be together. Plus the dining area is intimate and cosy for having friends over.

I guess I’d love to see what the interiors would look like with antiques, and some color. Thanks for sharing the tour-you’re both very easy to listen to!
20m 🤯🤯🤯😱😱😱😱😱😱
The 7m apartment is magnificent for sure! The high ceiling, the fire place and secret cabinet in the kitchen, all lovely! However, if one's got 7m to spare on property, why sleeping in the basement?
When it comes to forex investment it is the king of the jungle especially when one knows how to trade as for those of us that has no knowledge in trading there are tons of brilliant investors you could invest with that would yield good results
i totally agree with you on this that there are good forex brokers that one can invest with and get back huge returns because ever since I started *investing with Brittni Glazer reluctantly and its unbelievable how my life has changed since then
@@marlenecortez2002 Wow it feels really nice to find people also profiting because trading had been a lot more easier with Brittni glazer i invested $1000 and got a profit of $9,500 after 7 days of trade her accountability has always been the best
@@julianberner9978 I and my family have greatly benefited from trading with Brittni Glazer this year, we've moved into our new house which we got the money to acquire it from by investing with her
@@marlenecortez2002 I've actually heard about her, but I don't know how to get in touch with her.
@@ethanclarkson8046 You can contact her on Telgram
I admire your hard-work and dedication, great home tours everyday
