In day time and brightly lit areas use antiglare glasses, In evening and night, use blueblock glasses if you use computers and smartphones at night. I got antiglare glasses and blueblock glasses
First comment here. Some things to consider: Blue glasses are overrated because 1. They add a permanent yellow tint so you never see the world accurately around you 2. Most applications and devices have blue light filter of their own that get activated on their own after sunset 3. Having blue light in brightly lit environments like office spaces etc actually cause more strain on the eyes due to the difference in color temperature in front of the eyes and the ambient lights 4. I feel more lazy with blue light mode on and my alertness dips.
@@boomergen eye is more strained by brightness and not necessarily by color. Like if you're in a dim room of course blue light filter will help. But you shouldn't be watching or working in dim light anyway. Unless it's binge watching etc... Point is, whatever you can get from glasses you can get from filters. And the color tint does matter especially if you take a lot of photos or review a lot of screens and gadgets. Color accuracy is not everyone's cup of tea I know.
@@sumitchouhan7526 According to my research wearing blue filter lenses that block only the harmful blue-violet light in the 400nm to 455nm range, according to research by Carl Zeiss. These lenses still allow essential blue light, which is important for maintaining circadian rhythm, including a specific beneficial blue light called blue-tortoise. However, Lenskart's blue filter lenses have a drawback: they block essential blue light, which can lead to daytime sleepiness and difficulty focusing. Lenskart has admitted in a video that they do not improve their lens coatings. Additional advice: - UV light (215nm to 400nm) is harmful, but most is blocked by Earth's atmosphere. - IR light beyond 700nm is also harmful. - Avoid flickering artificial light from LED bulbs; instead, use incandescent bulbs.
2:45 Blue light has no role in causing digital eye strain, please stop giving false information, rather it is caused mostly due to less blinking of eye, poor lighting, poor posture Infact you get muh more blue light from the sun during the day, than any screen can ever provide Blue light only affects the circadian rhythm and sleep as mentioned
Are Bhai puri video dekhne baad pta chla ki me lenskart ke channel pe video dekh ra hu 😂 Me reality dekhne aya tha video me Ye to manipulate kr rhe h glass kharid ne ko 😂

but blue filter glasses did reduced my eye strain, and a slight yellow tint didn't made the world worse.
