Thanks, for taking the time to make this video! I just purchased a 2021 Camry SE that was slightly used - 4127 miles - and, as a Toyota Certified Used Car it was supposed to have gone through a similar process. But, because this car had only been on the lot for a few days when I purchased it, apparently, it had not gone through this process. But, rather than tell me that, they let me take the car home on Friday evening and the salesman told me that he would bring me the second key and some papers to sign regarding the certification. Something didn't seem quite right about that, so I took the car back to the dealership yesterday. And, lo and behold, when they tried to get the CMT to sign off on the paperwork, he refused. Instead, he wanted to make sure that everything had been properly inspected, before he would put his signature on the paperwork. I was a bit irritated that what I thought would be a five or ten minute visit turned into an hour and half. But, I felt like the CMT did the right thing. I think the salesman had in mind coercing the CMT to sign the paperwork by telling him that the car had already been taken home by the customer. I do believe that some CMTs might have done just that - sign the paperwork without having actually done the inspection and performed any required repairs. But, this one did what he was supposed to do, even if it meant I had to wait awhile. My confidence in the integrity of the sales team went down, but my confidence in the service department went up. Why am I not surprised?
Good for the CMT. I think it's fair to always assume certification means jack and nothing has been inspected. Inspect it yourself as thoroughly as possible before purchase.
Holy cow! Mystery solved! I had these rubber plugs for my 2012 Toyota Sienna sitting in the glove box since we bought it and I had no idea what they were for. Better late than never I suppose, I installed all 4 thanks to you 9 years later! Crazy! Thanks so much! Appreciate all you do.
Yes, not Japan most of time but quality at the dealership or employee ethics. Brought my '03 Avalon XLS in for accessory belt change. While there, someone helped themselves to one of my TOYOTA Avalon carpet mats that I purchased 12 years ago when I bought it. Integrity is everything and it is obvious in a dealership if you look
Toyota should take away that dealers Franchise to show other dealers what would happen if they do not install those. The dealership violated the Franchise agreement.
Hope this helps, the first character on your VIN could be any of these numbers or letters and may identify where your Toyota was manufactured: J refers to Japan 🇯🇵 L refers to China 🇨🇳 Any of the combinations between X0-X3 refers to Russia 🇷🇺 2 stands for Canada 🇨🇦 4 or 5 stands for the United States of America 🇺🇸
My experience with my toyota dealership where I purchased my 2016 Tacoma was awesome. My salesman knew how excited I am for my tacoma, after all, from order placement to delivery it took almost 2 months, and it's all due to the actual build, not a pre- built unit being shipped from another dealership, but actually getting built fresh off the ground. He called me to see the brand new Tacoma with 000001 miles, all wrapped up in white wrapper being off loaded the delivery truck. Drove it home 2 days after all the homework the dealership have to do before the hand off.
Hi AMD, always enjoy your videos. I have a question regarding the manual Corolla, is there a way to disable the interlock between the parking brake and the driver seat belt via Techstream? I find this annoying that you can't move the car even 1 ft without putting the seat belt on. THANKS
I work in logistics and we do this same process for the imported Toyotas that are for rental car companies rather than going to the dealer to be sold. Cool to see it outlined on RUclips!
The DC Cut fuse was removed during transport to prevent battery drain, the dash will show you lots of warning lights because of that, so when it arrives in the dealership, it needs to be installed. Then you have to do initialization of some of the systems like seat ECU (for the seat memory), parking assist dynamic guidelines(steering angle calibration), Panoramic view monitor (360 camera), initialization of TPWS and tire pressure correction, calibration of parking support brake, condition of battery charge and installation of under body plugs.
I just bought a new 2021 Avalon Limited that I ordered back in March. I found a package in the trunk with 2 body plugs in it. I called the dealer and was told that they were not important but I could install them if I wanted to! I installed them just like was shown in the video. I also found 2 parts in a blue bag in the trunk that the dealer didn't have a clue what they were for! I "googled" the part numbers and found out they were insulators for an underbody panal at the front of the car! I will be installing them first chance I get. Now I'm not sure I can trust the dealer with performing the scheduled service under the free maintenance plan. Thank you so much for this video!
If I were you, I would report that dealer to Toyota corporate, BBB, and post the Dealership here so others won’t be taken by them. The dealer insulted your intelligence, and needs a come to Jesus meeting just for starters. I caught a dealership lying to me when I had a oil change and tire rotation. I mark my tires with pink fingernail polish, and when I inspected the back tires, they were not rotated. Caught them red handed, and service manager told me “ they didn’t mean to “. Also they didn’t tighten the oil filter and next morning there was oil all over my garage floor. I was late to work due to returning to dealership to fix their carelessness shoddy work. AND THEY DONT CARE.
Hey there, greetings from Slovakia. This is a great video! I just picked up my new Corolla hybrid and checked all the things you are talking about AMD. They did look at me in a funny way, but I am sure they learned something new, as the lady at the dealership forgot to mention the cooler vents for the battery. Apparently, nobody asks about this when they receive their car. So HUGE thank you for this and all other videos that help us uneducated car care nuts to be wiser. May the Lord keep you, bless you and your legacy 🙏👏
Back in 1992 I worked as a security guard at a place called Joyserv in Jacksonville Florida, where factory-fresh Toyotas from Japan were prepped for dealers. When you mentioned the protective wrap on the white vehicle and it's wheels I was certain that it was shipped from Japan.
Thank you! Never seen a video on the PDS process. Very educational and well presented. I appreciate the transparency allowed by the Toyota dealership, it instills confidence in the two Toyotas in our household. 🏆
As a Toyota dealer mechanic this is everyone's favourite job as its easy hours. We get an additional 1.5 here in Canada because we install block heaters as part of PDS. The hybrid Siennas are my favourite to do.
How long does it usually take? My Highlander Hybrid just arrived at the dealer earlier in the day. N someone was inside inspecting. They didnt even know we were buying it. Ours took like 2 hrs. It seemed rushed or was it?
@@minisurfbanana They pay about 1 hour. If you want it done properly. Longer is better. I myself like to make sure everything works, so I literally lose money doing these jobs. I'd rather check for problems before the customer gets the car, rather than after. After costs me more money. I make $0 checking problems customers are concerned about after they bought the car. Wasted 3 hours on a customer car for a strange noise that I could only duplicate 1 in every 30 or so tries. So, I basically lost $100 on one car.
@@minisurfbanana I'd say its reasonable. It depends if it got a block heater installed. If its just a straight up PDI that was a pretty darn good job. That means they even tested the 12v battery which a lot of techs skip. I've had to do a rush PDI in the past, takes me 1.2 run time to complete it including a block heater install so 2 hours is reasonable.
This was extremely helpful. Today, we are picking up our made for us, 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. So excited and your video came at the perfect time. Thanks.
I actually bought my vehicle in cash before they got a chance to do the pdi stuff, took several trips back and forth to sort out the features they didn't get a chance to install... Its nice to see what was supposed to be done so I can triple check things
AMD, thanks for the behind-the-scenes look at the PDS. The quiz answers - The VIN starting with "J" came from Japan and the VIN starting with "2" came from Canada.
I don’t have a Toyota but your videos are so much teeming with information that I watch them anyway. Heck, you’ve earned a new non-Toyota subscriber in me. Good job and keep the videos coming.
Lol same here!! Have driven Nissan for close to 40 years and will probably switch to Toyota Highlander next. Very impressive suv, though I haven’t had any issues with my 2015 xterra, I think it’s time to go luxury.
When we picked our 2019 4Runner it was a cold rainy night. The dealership had it parked inside their nice heated garage area so we could look over and they could explain all the features.
This is a very good and informative video. I doubt if there's any other dealerships that shows in detail how PDI at a dealership Is done. I have in the past bought 3 Toyotas new at different times, this was an eye opener. Welldone keep up the good work👌
I have a 2013 Tundra DC, SR-5. I still have it, 100,000+ miles on it and still drives like new. When I got it it had a very slight pull to the right when driving in a straight line. Could only detect it when I would do a "hands-off" controlled stop. The dealer kept my truck for days adjusting the front-end alignment, only making it worse. I finally told them to reset it to factory spec. and I would live with it, as it was hardly noticeable unless driving and it would slowly drift to the right while driving straight. I checked the tire pressure ( this dealer had the fancy nitrogen-filled tires) and there was as much as a 15 psi difference in tire pressure between the different tires. I corrected the pressure differential and the problem was fixed.
Im from Ireland and i bought a new Ford Focus a few years ago. I noticed the boot lid ( trunk) looked a different colour. It had been repaired and re-painted after it was damaged. The mistake i made was collecting my new car when it was dark, so i didn't spot this on collection. Lesson learned was collect your new car during day light. Good video thanks.
THANK YOU! I just dropped off my brand new 4Runner to get polished.. as they drove it through a drive-thru car wash with 4 miles on it! :'( Love your videos, keep them up, please! Cheers!!!
I just got a RAV4 Prime a few months ago. It was perfect at delivery. I did discover the vibrating outside mirrors but the dealer took care of it (there is a TSB for that issue). I do think Toyota takes quality very seriously.
Most hybrids from Toyota are Made in Japan. That wrap guard is to protect from the sea salt where these vehicles are stored at the docks. Saw this in Italy when hundreds of Dodge Journeys (rebadged Fiats) were being offloaded.
11:06 Thank you so much for sharing this! I've seen this after purchase on a new car, and I'm so glad I checked the tire pressure PSI. Everything included in this video is so beneficial and informative!
To the person who bought that manual Corolla Hatchback, I salute you. My country and neighbouring countries only get the sedan with the old 1.8l engine hooked up to the old CVT, no 2.0l Dynamic Force engine, no Direct Shift CVT and no 6 speed manual with the iMT.
The Corolla came from Japan for sure!! I am a Toyota maniac too!! I have a RAV4 2006, a Starlet 1996 and a Prius C (AQUA) 2015. I also had a Corolla 2001 and an Auris 2007 which I sold. I love your channel and I frequently watch your videos!! Excellent job. Keep posting!!!
Dear Car Care Nut, I cannot thank you enough for your informative videos, especially this one. I took delivery of my brand new Toyota RAV4 today. You’ll never guess what was in the glove compartment: The underbody plugs! I immediately brought it up to the dealership, and they had a technician install them (he was appalled that the step had been missed). I honestly believe that you saved me from having rust and corrosion problems down the road. Discovering this with only 11 miles on the vehicle was crucial. As a non-mechanical person, I never would have known about this without watching your video. I also found your video about breaking-in the vehicle to be invaluable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Thanks for the video. The tires from our Toyota dealer are always ways over inflated. Test drives will bounce your head off. The only thing the dealerships do when a new Toyota comes in, Is add $3000 to the sticker price or more.
As the buyer, when you pick a car note the VIN and before you sign make sure the paperwork matches that VIN and before you drive away, make sure the VIN is correct. I knew someone where the dealer tried to switch cars on him and he caught it.
I bought a brand new 6-speed 2020 Corolla hatchback SE last year. Great car! By the way, I bought it without knowing how to drive it. Dealership delivered it to my home after I wrote the check. It was incredibly easy to learn to drive it, Toyota did a great job at making a manual that's perfect for beginners. And I was someone who thought I'd never learn to drive a manual car. I'm glad I took the risk, it's so much fun to drive! By the way, a few months after I bought the car, my state, Ohio, dropped the front license plate requirement! Instead of worry about plugging the holes in the bumper, I instead found a website where you can buy a custom replica Japanese license plate. I mounted it to my car, and it looks really cool!

6:27 last year i just bought a used Corolla 1999 4ZZ-FE engine saloon model ZZE111L-AEMDKW with only 56k kms, and i have seen that bag in the glove box wondering what it was, now i know that the official Toyota Dealer had to put them in place, what i did... 21 years later :)
Car care nut you do a phenomenal job I have been driving a toyota for 23 years on my second corolla had a 92 5speed parked it at 412000 had original engine and transmission I am now on a 2005 corolla 5 speed with around 360k still going strong and I pull a 5x8 utility trailer with both thanks so much for sharing your expertise and knowledge
thank you very much. I just got a 2021 Taco 3 or 4 wks ago and was gifting a "blue driver" OBD reader that works with an app on smart phones to my second cousin who I was visiting and his birthday was coming up, in showing him how it worked I put it on my brand new taco and there was a bunch of codes. The truck was working fine and I figured I would ask the dealer when I went in for the first oil change. Now I know, the short pin, and I hope that oversight is not indicative of other short cuts and or other oversights by someone not taking his job seriously.
My 1998 Camry-V6 was made in JAPAN. It’s almost 300000.00 miles…still working good like new. 3 times I changed the tires/ Brakes Pads and Engine Oils and Transmission changed……
When I was working as a service tech at Toyota we had a new Tacoma that the front cv axle was missing the tripod joint. The axle boot was still intact but there was never a joint installed inside the axle cup. Was one of the craziest things I had seen on a brand new Toyota.
Fifteen months ago I purchased a used Camry from my local (Ontario, CAN) dealer. As you said, because mechanics get a wee bit of something or other on their boots, my floors in the front had the paper covers and the driver's seat had a plastic cover on it. I had to wait two days longer than what was first told to me because they were having problems with one of their machines needed to undercoat my car. I was given the option to take it as is or wait and get it fresh. I waited. My service was just super and all the staff were wonderful. I know some people seem to have a hard time with some dealers but I seldom do. I believe a lot of it has to do with the client's attitude to start with. Yes, I do find they are a higher price for servicing but I like the idea of Toyota servicing knowledge about my car. I have had a few normal repairs/servicing done and without a doubt my dealer takes so much care with cleanliness , etc. and I have yet to be disappointed with anything. Now, I know every dealer does things differently and maybe I'm just fortunate but at this point I am going to stick with my dealer as they have proven themselves to me. Hope you can find a decent, honest dealer or independent service centre in your area.
Excellent channel - In watching I was educated about the underbody plugs that have to be installed pre-delivery. Before getting behind the wheel I did as many of the checks you suggested and in the glovebox I found a plastic pack containing 2 underbody plugs - remembering what you had shown, I queried this with the sales person - he went and got a service technician who on checking under the car, apologized profusely, then installed the plugs - Without your advice, I wouldn’t have known what these were nor would I likely have queried this with the dealership - you’ve possibly saved me some future grief - thank you 😊
At the Toyota dealership I work at. Since we live in an Inspection state we do this check once the cars come off the truck. And when they’re sold look them over again for our state mandated Safety/Emissions checks. So we call It a “Post Delivery Inspection” I don’t work on them I simply just wash the cars after the techs look them over, but I’ve seen the process now and it’s amazing God bless you brother
Thank you for thr behind the scenes, CCN! You are a blessing to all of us! 😇🙏🇨🇦 I thought the hybrids were made in Japan and were surprised that the corolla was the one that was made there 😀 Made the Lord bless you and keep you! ✌️
Here's what happens behind the scenes? They get marked up with Dealer profit, dealer installed craps, shortage surcharges, doc fees and ridiculous finance rates. Having said that, great video.
It's like you knew I needed this video! I bought a new C-HR Hybrid, it's on its way from the factory and I'm expecting to pick it up in a week or two. It arrived in the final port by ship 3 days ago, now it just needs to arrive by truck to the dealership. 😊
Corrollas were used to be built in TMMc, in Cambridge, ON, Canada. But a coupe of years ago, the Corolla production moved to Mexico. RAV4 is built in TMMC, Woodstock, ON, Canada. I had the pleasure of having access to both factories in Canada! World class! In fact, TMMC is the only Lexus plant outside of Japan! That tells you of quality and workmanship of our TMMC. Blessing to you and all the watchers. Enjoy your videos very much.
Me, too! I traded in my 2005 Tacoma for a 2014 Tundra and the Toyota mechanic at the dealership spent about 2 hours with the Tacoma before they made me a very generous trade-in offer!! (Both trucks are amazing....ZERO issues with either.)
2022 Corolla Hybrid SX Sedan (Australia) GOOD NEWS: As we are in Lockdown the kind dealer delivered my car to my home 45 miles away from dealership. Thanks to your video I checked for lower front bumper damage (none) body plugs were installed, and steering wheel was centered. BAD NEWS: Those 45 miles are mostly on a major 70MPH highway and PDS did not catch tire pressure which was 60+ PSI all around - Lucky no blowouts.
Corolla hatch is made in Japan. Rav4 is made in Canada. Most toyota's sold in us are now made in north America, but the hatch is one general exception I do know of, I'm sure there are others.
You will love it. We have an 2011 and it still drives like new. It still gets 53 mpg on a trip. It is awesome and has never had the first repair, only maintenance.
I call Friday "gravy day" at work. I get to do PDI on Toyotas. Of course right now, we only do maybe 1 or 2 because that's all that can come in during the week. Doing PDI on Toyotas is a time consuming but easy process. The same goes when I do PDI on Fords from Oakville Canada, hardly any issues and it's just the standard checklist. If it comes from Louisville (Escape) or Chicago (Explorer), I always get my tools and coffee ready because it's going to be a long day.
This brings me back to 1989-1994 when i worked for Suzuki and Toyota,Suzuki was worse....as in the were like hard wax sealer/protector over the paintwork, had a tin of wax remover, but it was such hard work removing it.Had to fit the spare wheel holder and spare wheel on the 4x4 Suzuki Vitaras & rear seat belts! Loved peeling of the plastic off the body/paint....lovely feeling. The smell of new cars is sublime.
I’m a few weeks away now from collecting my new RAV4 hybrid from dealership. It actually arrived in a Melbourne by ship yesterday. This video was fascinating in order to watch the process. This will be my 4th brand new car and I’ve always wondered. I can share that my Aussie RAV4 was made in Japan though.
@@guzi965 Casper is amazing to drive; the most comfortable car I’ve owned so far. I feel fortunate that my waiting time was 4.5 months. Casper was definitely worth waiting for.
Thank you for the excellent video. I am from Finland and I consider the Toyotas to be of very high quality products in most cases. Seeing the underside of the car makes me wonder if additional underside protection would be needed in certain market areas, i.e. a protective sprayed coating on top of the factory-painted unprotected areas. At least in Finland, salt (+sand) is sprayed on the road surfaces during winter time. They can be ruthless to the metal surfaces, no matter which car brand.
Same here living in Salt Lake City, Utah in USA. They spray salt on the icy roads in winter months. So an undercar coating is always recommended to drive in the harsh condition.
I worked at an Enterprise and he's absolutely right about the plugs. every single Toyota that we have had in our fleet has the plugs in the glove box or in the spare tire compartment unopened. I would never buy a Toyota or any vehicle from a rental place unless you wanna deal with rust.
@@mtnbiker014 presold in bulk would not need dealer middleman. One time I got a car from budget with like 3 or 7 miles. or 12. Something very ridiculous. But it was clear and obvious no test drive or pre-anything was done. I think the plastic was still on the carpet and the floormats still in the trunk. The door and hood plastic was pulled off however. It was a silver car so the white would be too obvious.

I'm definitely hoping for a test drive and time to check out a bunch of stuff you mentioned. The salesman already said i'd be getting it with 6 miles on it. I guess that's the test drive? Fingers crossed and mighty excited, thanks for the tips!!!
How awesome that you picked a 2021 Corolla Hatchback 6-speed! That's my car, I just bought it in March here in Tampa. Btw, got a great deal under 23k out the door price from Courtesy Toyota. I love it and made in Japan too!
Great video with lots of useful information. Where this can all come undone is accessories especially on off road vehicles. While generally the dealer will fit genuine accessories the after market ones are usually fitted off site. So here in Australia you might want a uhf radio, bull bar, spot lights ect all fitted before taking delivery of the car and normally the dealership will send the car out to have this stuff done. While the manufacturers take a lot of trouble to eliminate rattles and squeaks the after market guys generally don’t. I have seen some terrible fitting of accessories both outside the car and behind the dash. Bolts missing, broken clips, clips missing, interior trim panels cracked and damaged mounting clips. I went to remove a trim panel once after having an accessory fitted only to find the installer had broken the mounting clips and instead of repairing the part he had just used hot glue to hold it on. I have seen a lot worse though. Cheers Stuart 🇦🇺
Corolla was made in Japan. I know cause i have a '21 Corolla sedan that i special ordered last Sept. Toyota in all its wisdom decided to make an already sold vehicle in Japan versus Mississippi. Took 13 weeks to get to Cincinnati, and it had to come through Chicago, where it was put on a truck. Then in checking over the car myself, found all 4 of my tires close to 60psi,and under the hood i noticed no cover on the fuse box. Lucky for dealer the tech had put it in a small depression on the core support, so closing hood didnt break it.

Great video collegue! Maybe in the future a video what is actually done to a Toyota when it comes in for service/maintenance? People often have no clue what is actually done at service…( they bring in a perfectly driving toyota with no issues and then also leaving with a perfectly driving toyota…. Only the wallet is a little lighter 😂)…. Show what they are actually paying for… Greetings from a Toyota Parts Manager from Holland and keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻
I bought a 2021 Corolla Hatchback SE. Plugs found in glove box. They said to bring it back but didn't do it yet. I'm going to plug them in myself. Thanks for showing where they go.
My last new Toyota I bought (98 Corolla) did not have those rubber plugs installed, I found them in the glove box and had to learn where to install them myself. Lousy dealer prep.
I don't understand why they don't install plugs at the factory on all Toyota vehicles.... Must be while in transit to Anchor the vehicle to the car truck hauler?
I work at a Toyota dealer in Sweden and this is so intresting to see! A lot of similarities in how we work. In Europe we do not use sparewheel anymore so I dropped my jaw when you showed that. Also our Rav-4 is built in Japan and our Corolla is built in the UK.

I was able to disengage the parking brake on the one in the video just by pressing the brake and clutch then disengaging it. Try that
This is a wonderful video. This is why I love RUclips
I work in logistics and we do this same process for the imported Toyotas that are for rental car companies rather than going to the dealer to be sold. Cool to see it outlined on RUclips!
Thanks for what you do Richard!
Just do the service yourself, the dealership’s gonna make a mess of it
Best to find a different dealer, if you do not take to Toyota for servicing you will void your warranty.
Run, don’t walk, to another dealer. This one doesn’t seem to know what customer service is.
It's trash at my particular dealership in California. If you do a PDS, you also have to install a poor man's GPS for a full total of 1.3.
I bought a Corolla built in Canada, had to install block heater myself. Opening was built into motor. Just hard to reach spot.
Every video of yours is like Christmas morning. Much thanks for your contribution to us Toyota enthusiasts.
This was extremely helpful. Today, we are picking up our made for us, 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. So excited and your video came at the perfect time. Thanks.

Lucky you!
Yay, you got a Highlander. Way to go, Debbie. 💪
Probably the best video on RUclips. Very interesting and useful. No wonder I am so pleased with my Toyota. Thank you so much!
I bought a 2021 corolla hatch 6 speed manual last march. Absolutely love the car.
I actually bought my vehicle in cash before they got a chance to do the pdi stuff, took several trips back and forth to sort out the features they didn't get a chance to install... Its nice to see what was supposed to be done so I can triple check things
The more I learn about Toyota , the more I start to understand why they are so reliable.
AMD, thanks for the behind-the-scenes look at the PDS. The quiz answers - The VIN starting with "J" came from Japan and the VIN starting with "2" came from Canada.
That’s right
4 or 5 comes from the states & 3 comes from Mexico
You are a LUCKY DUCK if you get a J-Vin Toyota nowadays. Most aren't made in Japan anymore.

@moose354 Correct, I've just noticed that normal combustion engine TOYOTA CARS are very few made in Japan now.
I bet the tech that gets to de-wrap these finds it soothing and oddly-satisfying.

Welldone keep up the good work👌
Wonderful video. I would like to see more technicians like you. Thank you AMD.
Hi! I bought my Prius Saturday! My first Toyota! It’s beautiful and I love it!
Happy trails.
Hope you love your new Prius as much as I love mine!
Awesome video. I have never thought about the PDI/PDS process before. Now I know what to look for before I sign the papers. Keep the videos coming!
This is one of your best videos. It fills a gap in customer knowledge. Many thanks!

I just bought a 2021 Corolla Hybrid LE in February, up to 68 MPG I am very happy to learn that it came from Japan.
I mounted it to my car, and it looks really cool!

thank you very much.
This was a great informative behind the scene video which I enjoyed.
So we call
It a “Post Delivery Inspection”
I don’t work on them I simply just wash the cars after the techs look them over, but I’ve seen the process now and it’s amazing
God bless you brother

Corrollas were used to be built in TMMc, in Cambridge, ON, Canada. But a coupe of years ago, the Corolla production moved to Mexico. RAV4 is built in TMMC, Woodstock, ON, Canada. I had the pleasure of having access to both factories in Canada! World class! In fact, TMMC is the only Lexus plant outside of Japan! That tells you of quality and workmanship of our TMMC. Great idea for a video. I'd be curious about the same inspection process with a trade-in vehicle before it goes out for sale.

Your videos inspired me to the point that I bought a new rav 4 and Camry last night.
