This is perfect (at least for me😇)Now I can stop looking for something that works my arms,posture and lower body in one video,has simple movements,and feels a bit challenging,but not too much(wich means I can actually stick with doing this). Thank you for this🍀🌟
Wow…this seems like a really a great workout to undo years of improper weightlifting. I am sweating. My shoulders and back are very stiff. If I don’t do something like this, my stiff muscles may remain that way. Appreciate this video. Thanks.🙂
