White was a great player, and clearly he is an actual master to be able to have a quality alliance with you until the 1v1. He has a lot to learn about reverse cardblocks, but I expect he knows what he is doing. Well played to him and to you!
Never commented before but damn homie that is crazy talented work. Overcome on that type of deficit was a masterpiece to learn some skills from. Thanks for the clinic
Kyle I might be in the minority here but these are my favorite type of games. A difficult puzzle in 1v1 card block is amazing and you played it incredible. You had less than 50% of the troops from. Your opponent and with luck, amazing rolls and outstanding skill you got the W. Great game one of my favorite risk videos of all time. Keep up the great work!
Wow, that was a fun 1v1. White had to take a little off some of his caps and massively stack a portal cap and roll your cap at the start, since you can't really afford to have a bad cap roll, even if you win, but they didn't want to risk any of their caps, and it cost them the win. Very well played. The moral is, you have to risk your troops to get the win, and as trades go up you need to make a decisive move before the opponent's trades wipe out your advantage. You can't sit back and win a 1v1, however big your advantage.

1:27:33 "We should have broken alliance a while ago, I made a mistake there" Honestly, I tend to disagree - I think maintaining the vision was the best play! He could see all of your stacks, and you wouldn't be able to see where he set up landmine stacks after the alliance is broken.
My thinking was that if he constantly sees everything he has and wonders how hes not beating me with his massive troop lead, that he will figure out that he needs to fortify a bunch of troops to use them against me offensively. So breaking the alliances hides my total troop count and things I am doing so I can hopefully gain some advantage there, and I can still read him in the fog pretty well
Bro your Alcatrash portals videos are my absolute favorites! These need to become the new meta. Especially if they stalemate a bit and take a long time and I KNOW you will make a risky move and go in a big disadvantage into the 1v1 but somehow pull it off. White was super passive here but you were flawless. Well apart from fogetting to put more than 10 troops on the second portal cap towards the end but it's not a Kylted video without a fuckup. Congrats on another banger and amazing 1v1 as always
A suggestion to smg if you have any sway. On the right the troops and territory info should be collapsible when you click it. Helps streamers with with maps like this and improves viewer experience. Also in fog it's literally just ??? so worthless anyways.
That would be awesome. There is quite some nice QOL changes that would help the game but right now they are only focused on the major network overhaul. Once it's complete I will see if they are receptive to these types of ideas
I liked the video even if not fixed caps. People who play progressive caps say they won’t play fixed caps due to game stalling, however these prog caps games are ALWAYS the longest vids
"So we playing with fog today, and here's the nice thing about that -..." proceeds to immediately make fog meaningless in the first 2 minutes (through signature ambiguous polyamorous unbiased alliances x)
1:34:40 - wasn't your best card in his bottom portal in his bonus ? 3 more free cards there. that cap might be empty as well. i haven't watched all video yet.
I believe it was, yeah. I think at this moment I had a feeling the white cap I was checking could be weak, like 200 troops or less so I wanted to check it.
@@Kyltedon top of checking the top cap, I believe it also was your only viable card as you can’t take the bottom card on the portal, as that opens White’s 1000 cap to take the same card you would have just taken. Man wow I just finished watching this game and was reading through the comments when I saw this. This game was insane I have never seen a comeback from this far behind and so well executed.
@@rolerz134 I appreciate that I have over 1000 videos by this point and most people come into the channel and see some of the new ones but there are sooo many wild scenarios we have had lol
My ramdingler has a rant during a 2hr Europe game about stalemates, then 2days later posts a two hour alcatrash game

Yesss, well put! You have to be willing to RISK it all!!
Happy Alca -Tuesday…

At 20:20, I'm pretty sure black went back to cap with his 21, so not a free kill, but still possible and worth it, imo.
The intermediate play is Orange's killguard of yellow and white. The Grandmaster play is getting rid of the killguards to progress the game.
Called it
Just had a random alcaTRASH game and had the same blizzard in Mess Hall. Made it bad for them because all 4 portals ended up with caps on them.

I wonder, perchance, may this be the superior RISK video?
That was an epic game! Youre getting much better at alcatraz. Getting close to Vampire's BOAT status!😂
🤣🤣
starting to really love alcatraz caps
Getting my popcorn ready for this two hour feature film 🍿
I don't need an alcaraz play list, I watch all the videos hot off the press
I googled “how to help a friend with an addiction to trash” and all I got was diet advice. 😢
Wish your friend can recover from eating out of the dumpster
I liked the video even if not fixed caps.

My Boston and Canada advanced games on the 2nd channel beg to differ!!! Lol.. but definitely prog caps can also last forever too I agree
a masterclass at the end of reverse card blocking
Thank you
To add insult to injury, should you call is Alcatrash Crapitals?
You just randomly start adding to the back cap and stop card blocking him for some reason at the hour 40ish mark what exactly happened there?
2 fixed caps games while watching a prog caps video… let’s change the meta kylted!
"So we playing with fog today, and here's the nice thing about that -..." proceeds to immediately make fog meaningless in the first 2 minutes (through signature ambiguous polyamorous unbiased alliances x)
Hahaha true! But we did make use of the fog at the end
i foresee that if they cardblock you. that you and white can infinete trade hazzle free so in a 3 player end you would win.
Why, when I look in your eyes, I don’t see a soul?
I'll have you know that I actually DO believe this game. I am not, in fact, in denial that this game happened.
You don't have an alternate hypothesis?
does world dom'ing him cause him to lose more points or something?
No, it just feels good to clean the whole board in this game of GLOBAL DOMINATION. But a cap run is just the same.
1:34:40 - wasn't your best card in his bottom portal in his bonus ? 3 more free cards there. that cap might be empty as well. i haven't watched all video yet.

What a brilliant game!
What a baller game, Kyle ❤
Whites a stream sniper 😅😅😅
do people like portals? I like fog and blizzards but portals are less fun to watch
Portals make it more interesting and open up more strategy. But generally people prefer basic
Portals on smaller maps are absilute bangers.
Portals open up a whole new lebel of strategy, i love it!
Iam sorry i was late
