Hello. Yes it was. It was a couple of miles from the house so I didn’t bring the loader with the grapple. But I was wishing that I had by the end. 🔥🪵🇺🇸
@@dogpaw775 Thanks. I wouldn’t normally cut one down that big for firewood, but I’ll definitely use it if presented with the opportunity. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍🏻🔥🪵
Them are some big ol rounds. You would benefit from building yourself a hoist / winch that you could attach to that trailer. Not hard to build with a boat winch and you'd be able to gather them rounds up hill and right into the trailer. I have vid on my chanel of one I built years ago, thing is handy AF.
@@BigWoodMountain Just looking at your trailer you could simply weld another D ring right above the other D ring at the top of the trailer then slide a tube down into both D rings and theres the mount for your hoist. Simple , lightweight strong and effective.
Evening, Mike. That sure is a good sized log my friend. That will make some beautiful firewood, for sure 👍🏼🪵
@@Chucky-b7v Hello. Thanks for stopping by. It was a bit of a struggle but well worth the effort. There is a lot of firewood in each piece. 🔥🪵🇺🇸
Hello Mike. That’s some huge wood nice load👍🇺🇸

Are you in Northern Calif? Just curious as I was raised there and climbed redwoods there for 20 years. Either way I enjoy your videos. keep it up
@@Stlforestproducts Hi. Thank you Yes I am in Northern California. Thanks for tuning in and commenting.
My little old saws would run out of gas before I cut one round.
@@MDoodie11B1P hahaha. I hear that. It certainly helps to have a little extra horsepower and bar length when needed. Thanks for checking it out.
