i feel like you forgot some godzilla supervillains. mechagodzilla just dunking on goji and kong, and ghidorah just shaming the world.
oh there is 1 clip where a man controls a police station is gotham season 1 i think when sazz tells every cop to leave the station and gordon was feeling confident with his squad then he spoke like he was like a angry father and shouted "i said everyone out" lol and surprising to my young mind at the time the got up and left....lol. i can give that a number 1 for series.
keep up the good work.
If you are older then 18, rent lady of the night
Apocalypse is Greek word it means revelation, not end of times.
Christian Bale's talents were so wasted in that Thor movie, such a shame. Such a cool villain and they butchered the entire film.
Godbutcher was butchered. He was basically a kidnapper with a sword.
What movie?
@@briansardou6008Thor: Love and Thunder
@@maddo-hq9jrcomics god butcher was OP AF. They nerfed him real bad in the movie
What really bothered me with that movie is how they absolutely made a mockery of my Norse mythology. Loki is gay? Or bi? Thor gets captured and undressed? Screw you, Taitiki (or whatever his name is) and your double standards. Try doing that with a certain prophet, or undressing a woman like that in 2023 without a war breaking out.
That hospital scene with the joker, well that hospital used to be a candy factory. I saw it on the UP Metra west line while going to work. Eventually, it got turned to heaps of gravel then carted away and is now a parking lot for trailers.
Dude, i agreed with most of your choices, but including Halle Berry as Catwoman...that was heinous 😂😂😂
RIP Heath Ledger. An amazing actor… not enough time on screen…
😔
People think that they made Bucky annoying in the MCU? I've never heard that take. Is that really a popular take? (Honest question) I think his character arc has been damn awesome.
That xmen scene with the sentinels actually scared the fuck out of me as a kid
I'd like to point out that taking off Magneto's helmet would require you to knock him out so he doesn't use his powers as the helmet is metal and he just uses his powers to keep it on.
the helmet of magneto is a mind control blocker .He is vulnerable to mind control when not wearing it.
@@juliusfrauenglass2411yes.against Charles x
The guy doing the video is a clown that doesn’t know enough to have an opinion
Never thought of that lol
solid point, as we see him attract the helmet with his power, i think it's a good point
Apocolypse decapitating people and sinking men into the ground, the high evolutionary psychic gripping a god figure into metal, cat woman fighting a cop, harley quin fighting with a bat .... this list isn't in order right?
Just a couple gripes with this:
12:45 Magneto's helmet is primarily made of steel, which he could control with his powers. It would have been pointless for Sabretooth to try to take off the helmet as Magneto's magnetism is stronger than Creed.
18:42 That sword is All Black the Necrosword, not the Necromancer's Sword.
"Oh, and you know the thing about chaos? It's fair." - Joker to Two-Face
I still haven't gotten over the Sentinels brutally murdering those mutants 😅
Cat woman Haley Berry SUUUUCKED
It is funny and totally deserved, that Heath Ledgers Joker has two spots on this list.
The Manhattan scene doesn't count. He was completely and utterly played by the smartest man in the world.
Yes he was the idea was to isolate him from humanity so he would not interfere with ozymanys's plans
#20 was in the previous video.
#18 was also in the previous video.
#7 was also in the previous video.
#4 was also in the previous video.
#2 was also in the previous video.
The d-bags on the subway in Joker absolutely deserved what they got and no one can convince me otherwise
They absolutely deserved it.
That’s based on a real case of a guy shooting some people who allegedly tried to mug him. Google Goetz 1984 subway shooting
Does that someone you mouth off to should be allowed to shoot you dead?
@@Thorrnn they were beating him up on the ground, among other things.
@@Albtraum_TDDC So you think if someone punches you, you get to hunt them down and shoot them in the back? Get help.
Yesss the Magneto scene against the officers is literally a cinematic masterpiece
Halle Berry doesn’t play Selena Kyle in Catwoman. Her name is Patience Phillips. She’s a antihero, not a supervillain. Same with Harley Quinn. Though, in Harley’s defense, she’s more of a villainess than Patience is.
Riddick could kick their asses. Easily. The quintessential Anti-Hero.
Not to mention referring to that movie and that character in that movie as "bad ass" loses most of the credibility of the list....
Harley Quinn is not an antihero
Riddick is also a man, so yeah, he can easily take on two women. If you Google “ is Harley Quinn considered a antihero? “ you’ll find that the answer is “ yes “.
@@jamiethal1319 lol. Google is just going to tell me what some random person who is just as wrong as you thinks. Just because it's on Google doesn't mean it's correct. She is a villain, she kills people literally at random sometimes just for her amusement. She continued torture after she's gotten information just for fun. Dropped people in acid because she didn't want to "waste" it. The list goes on and on. Even in the shitty suicide squad movie she makes it clear that she is a "bad guy". The only thing you could arguably say was "heroic" is when she killed that dictator she was banging when he said something about killing kids, but he was dead anyways, I think she just said that for the lulz.
Joker's subway scene - Killing those dichheads was💯justified.
The joker dance is just amazing. He was so tense and rigid before that, it's like he was set free for the first time. Brilliant cinema
Some of the movies from this clip are really good to re-watch 🙂
13:43 ...you DO know that Namor was created BEFORE Aquaman, RIGHT??
Came to say this.
No, they don't. And he's also not a "woke" version ffs
Why is voldermort on this list he couldnt even conquer a school 😂😂
Nobody nose.......
He was kind of a dissapointing villian
Man...we really did lose Heath Ledger way too soon.
I love how you totally ignore the help of inhaling cocaine that helps harle XD
12:45 If Sabertooth touched Magneto's helmet, some of the cops would have gotten shot.
Talking about Fassbender's Magneto and you don't include the Argentina scene, proves that it is beyond the scale...
Problem with villains that show unstoppable dominance one minute, they get beat by the end of the film is, the dominance scene no longer makes sense. If you can beat somebody, they'll never dominant you to the point, you've no answer for it
so If I completely dominate you as a 12 year old, and you come back and beat me 10 years later, it didn't make sense the first time?
@@theblue01 Why would you fight a child, also are you an adult at the time and 10 years later is the catching up?
Or were both kids
"I'm not trying to conquer the universe- I'm perfecting it" Bruh, thats just conquering with extra steps.
Watched Deep Dive on TDK and apparently the scene with the Joker and the faulty remote detonator being an improv is actually a myth, it was in the script to add to the Joker's character.
Thank you for highlitghting this, i'm so sick of people spreading this bullshit story, especially people PROFESSIONALLY making videos for a living and not checking sources etc, because in the end it's an insult to the hardworking pyrotechnicians that made this scene so great...
29:14 Probably the biggest baddie flex ever in any comic book movie. No big speech, no gigantic weapon or amazing superpower. Just a hand laid on a shoulder and one of the most chilling lines in all comic book movies said in a dispassionate voice.
Honestly, I think the Joker's train attack was a product of his mind, like his "relationship". Considering his first beating was from actual children and he was messed up from that one for days, he's moving pretty good for having been stomped by grown men.
The Joker hospital scene with the trigger was not improvised, contrary to the common myth. It was completely scripted and the pause was intentional. Nolan wanted Ledger to be safe during the scene so he implemented the pause, evolving in to Ledger's Joker acting like the trigger was malfunctioning. Since the scene was done practically with a building actually being blown up, it was a one-take shot, no reshoots. So it was highly rehearsed prior to filming, since they couldn't exactly try it again, and the trigger "malfunction" was actually scripted.
12:44 Prof. X did not force Sabertooth to take off Magnetos helmet, because it would be stupid to try that. The helmet is magnetic and Sabertooth is not magnetic, so Magneto can easily control his helmet and keep it on his head, but he can't control Sabertooth.
What is indeed bad in this scene, is the fact, that the police officer did not simply move out the way, when the pistol projectile is slowly moving into the skin of his head. He is not magnetic, so there is nothing keeping him in place. Yes, sure, if a gun is pointed at you, and the person aiming it seems intending to shoot, if you move, you freeze. But not if the person already shot and through a magnetic force, a projectile is slowly moving into your head. To get hurt by such a slow moving bullet, you would have to actively commit suicide, by pushing your head into it.
Well said. That bullet was practically stopped. Just move your head back and to the side.
No one is more of a badass villain than the Joker.
He's killed thousands in the comic books and yet they can't kill him because technically he's insane. Talk about how to play the system.
Joker was alright. The whole movie is very unsettling. Could only watch it once, don't need reminders in my movies that life sucks, nobody loves you, and you can't dance. Prefer my superhero movies unrealistic and absurd
Wasn't Halley Berry's Catwoman an antihero? Same goes with Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey? I wouldn't call their portrayals even close to "supervillains".
gotta get the diversity in somehow
The MCU is unfortunately doomed MOSTLY because they somehow got the idea that diversity of race, culture, and gender is more important than good writing and the actual talent of the actors. Though in some cases it's just plain bad choices, Love and Thunder is a good example, too much focus on comedy
Nah, they just realized all those things make them money
Meh - Too many people put the joker up there at the top. Have always struggled with Batman’s inability to rectify the Joker situation from the jump
No it wouldn't have been easier to take off the helmet because he would have executed all of the humans. There is a strong bond between the two, so it's still not going to work. Beyond any of that, Charles' knows he needs magneto for the list of things in his mind. Charles knows everything all at once and Magneto is actually a part regardless of the humans lost. Tbf, it's a fictional world
Fasbenders Magneto I thought was Thanos Level material even stronger
Namor came before Aquaman, so you don't know.
I had to look it up. You're right. Namor was 1939, Aquaman 1941. To be fair, though, Marvel copycatted DC more than the other way around.
Yeah, Marvel was definitely the latecomer and bit off a ton of ideas. The whole back and forth is kind of funny in hindsight, especially the whole Shazam thing. LOL@@davidanderson_surrey_bc
I didn't realize there was a potentially interesting version of the Riddler (other than John Astin) that wasn't the sooo dismissable versions of Gorshin or Carry! What have I missed?
Definitely watch The Batman. Movie presents itself as a murder thriller in the style of Seven
Didn’t you watch the video? Obviously you missed it. Watch The Batman. Check out Paul Dano’s performance as The Riddler. By the way, it’s Carey, not Carry.
@@jamiethal1319 Actually, it's "Carrey".
Let the games begin indeed, not the best of the batman movies but what an entrance
Admit it, you only put Catwoman in here for the fan service
14:50 Dr. Doom is definitely one of the strongest villains in comic book history. This movie made him look like such a chump.
Great list :) But having Catwoman in the list and not Vader in THAT scene from Rogue One....come on man :D
Haha Aquaman is a ripoff of Namor, not the other way around
Commodus killing his father Caesar in GLADIATOR ' I would butcher the whole world if only you would love me' + Opening scene XMEN, Nightcrawler killing guards by teleporting
APOCALYPSE.... literally a GOD...ohh no DEMON 👿
I mean his extraordinary POWERS and ABILITIES....!!!!!
😳😳😲😲😰😰
At 16:23 what is the song called?
Bright burn is insane
Joker in the subway has gotta be based on the "subway vigilante" situation that took place in New York
People don’t remember that lol
Apocalypse doesn't mean end of times it means revelation.
Thor:Love and Thunder is still cool. I liked the version of Ghorr but next should be even better! ❤❤❤
Funny that you should say that Halle Berry was playing Selina Kyle when that isn't even the case. She's playing a character far removed from Selina. In fact, her character, is Patience Philipps. A completely separate character, who isn't even canon in the comics before that movie came out, and hasn't ever been in the comics since then.
Also, Blink really got triple teamed by Sentinels. And not in the very fun way.
It's never been about the technology, when it comes to good visual effects. It's about the imagination of the people who use them, and there's no guarantee that they'll grow with the capabilities of the tech. It's all skill, and talent, and giving the reigns to artists who are actually passionate about what they do.
LOL wolverines claws have phillips head screws in it at 13:09
Kang!!!!! 😊😊😊😊 ❤❤❤❤
The Chronicles of Riddick ;)
My favorite part of the X-Men movie was when I found out that sir Ian McKellen was playing magneto
You shall not pass!
16:20 i dont really keep up much with these movies tbh, but this villain is literally Aatrox from League of Legends. Just listen to his voice lines and you'll see.
the more i see apocalypse steal erics revenge. the more im sure eric woulda attacked him.
That ultron speech reminds me of tars in the rain from blade runner ... and joker was right; while gotham has its fair share of evil doers and villains, it was joker that left biggest impact on city (and bats too) .
9:42 still looking forward for a Brightburn 2
"James Gunn managed to do justice to the franchise he built from scratch" (referring to the Guardians of the Galaxy
in fact, he built them so much from scratch that he went back in time ti 1968 and mentally controlled Gene Collan and Mike Esposito to create the original team, then travelled forwards to 1975 to make Steve Englehart & Steve Gan create Star Lord as the son of J'son, but realising that he wouldn't like that parentage he jumped back further to 1966 to make Stan Lee & Jack Kirby create Ego, and realising that he needed other team members he travelled back even further to 1960 to again force Stan & Jack to create Groot, but keeping his time jumps more in line he went to 1973 to force Jim Starlin to create Drax the Destroyer (although Jim made him too powerful, so James had to de-power him), then jumping onto 1975 (again) to force Jim Starlin (again) to create Gamora (again was created too powerful, so James had to make her look like a wimp in the first film), and a quick walk over to mind control both Bill Mantlo & Keith Giffen into creating Rocket Racoon and finally a quick trip before heading back to the 21st century he went to 1979 to make the Nova Corp, but they were made too powerful, so he had to turn them into a laughing stock just to punish Marv Wolfman for making them useful, then onto 1985 to force Nebula into existence, and finally all the way back to 1969 to blackmail Stan & Jack into making Ronan the Accuser
this was all exhausting, so he took a break before more time travel before the second movie, and the _real_ reason Disney "fired" him is because all this time travelling was coming to light, until he use his ability to make them forget why they got rid of him, leaving him some time to travel back and force the creation of every other Marvel character since he needed them to make the cross-overs in Avengers Infinity War & Avengers Endgame - plus all of the Thor references in Love & Thunder
in fact, now that James has moved on from his work creating the entirity of Marvel comics, he's moved on to going back and creating all of DC - it's only because James has stopped using his amazing time travelling powers that the MCU has started to fall apart, because he won't go back and fix things anymore, so the films & shows are now lowering in quality - blame James Gunn for Phases 4 & 5!!!
9:54 "It all boils down to parenting skills" What is wrong with you? He was literally sent to "take the world". The vessel he was sent in was literally telling him what he was there for. And how does someone lose they "last shred of their humanity" when there they are ALIEN and don't have a SINGLE SHRED OF HUMAN IN THEM to begin with.
Also the sentinels were NOT villains. They are tools. The only sentinel that actually is a villain was that one called Mastermind (I think that was it's name)
Hang on, Slick. The only "version" of Aquaman that Namor can be is "original", seeing that The Sub-Mariner was 2 years ahead of DC's blatant ripoff.
Hela was cool and fine but she’s so powerful, yet even blinder than thor not no be able to move 1m to the side to avoid surturs stike… Like thor and loki she could survive outer space since she’s a god herself so what stopping her from just throwing one of those massive shards at thors plane and destroying everything.. thanos was and is the only villain who played smart and used his strengths accordingly, brought sacrafices as well and the only thing he very closely lost to is fucking time travel… like its fair game to go down like that but even then he was very close to winning again…
When Magneto's daughter dies his wife has her daughter aimed directly in the path of the police and their weapons. Mother of the year she isn't.
'Bro was just a simp in the beginning'. I'm embarrassed for you kid
Anti hero>super hero>super villain
I love all antiheroes because they carry out the absolute form of justice. They punish those who need to be punished and protect absolute good. Like ghost rider, Deadpool, and punisher
Normal superhero’s are kinda annoying, they have a no killing rule that gets in the way a lot. But they are still good people that protect those who need it.
Villains are terrible. If you look up to them then please check yourself into a psych ward. However, SOME super villains are kinda good people. Like suicide squad, or thanos had a good point just terrible execution. Now characters like joker or Voldemort deserve to meet ghost rider.
Could it be that big money wants you so muddled up mentally that you’ll root for the destruction of life - essentially destroying yourself? I think the answer is „yes!"
I'll never forgive Star Lord for causing the deaths of Black Widow, Vision, and Iron Man.
I love Quinn's "Oh Boohoo" after breaking that guy's legs
That scene: You broke my f*cling leg, ohh boohoo
Brian would outgrow Homelander in power very fast. And he would probably be a worse and more powerful of Homelander.
It's impossible for a robot to adapt to anything.... There will always be some technology above what is capable of
Namor, magneto, ultron, Voldemort, the joker (heath ledger), Thanos 👌🏾
I'm gonna make a list of how many times you repeat a character over and over in this film
like you did in part 1. Magneto was probably referenced 12-15x in that video.
So let's see if you learned anything inthis video.
dear god kiddo, less than 2min in and BADA BING BADA BOOM
THERE'S A MAGNETO IN THE ROOM. do you have a legit hard on
for the character or the actor playing him?!
No, they didn't.
@@Thurgosh_OG then you flat out didn't watch the video.
they mention magneto almost a dozen times.
Namor is not a version of Aquaman. Aquaman is a ripoff of Namor
4:50 the breaking of the knees, so painful omg
I've watched 2 of these and leaving out the fight between the justice league is unbelievable. And the Infinity War fight shoulda been in the 1st video.
also in 13:09 wolverines claws are bolted lol
Halle Berry didn't play that Storm, Her name is Patience Phillips.
I've never heard of a lot of these Movie: Brightburn, G.OT.G vol. 3,
The sad thing is the harry potter segment is a little watered down compared to the books. its still a great scene but im curious how it would have panned out if it was closer to what the books did.
4:04 That wasn't Selina Kyle. That was Patience Phillip's version of Catwoman. Doctor Manhattan isn't (technically) a supervillain. You didn't mention Black Panther going against Bucky either. Please do more research before putting a video up.
Magneto controls metal; maybe it would be problematic to target his helmet. Always aim for the neck. What was missing in the scene is the squeeze, jeje.
God I wish what a sentinel Just a mechanical demigordon that shoots fire out of its mouth and adapts to anything just like how a octopus can camouflage as mostly anything Just imagine being in the position that dude was in when Harvey Quinn broke both of his legs, then sat down on them, but as a sentinel She would be flying through so many layers of concrete And I would be unharmed.
29:28 can someone tell me the song used in this part? I know it's Akaza's theme song but I wanna know exactly what it's called
Problem with trying to stop the sentinels in the past is that the went to the point when the technology already existed.
22:37 INCORRECT BIG times! Heathe HAD gimmicked the Detonator him self to make it delayed because as he said (before his sad passing) It just felt MORE right for not everything to go according to the plan when it came to the Joker.
Kang got nerfed hard, he’s much much stronger than thanos, and there’s millions of him and he’s one of the weakest kangs
No, Namor's not a 'version of Aquaman', diverse or otherwise. He preceded Aquaman. Aquaman debuted in November 1941. Namor debuted in October 1939.
He wasn't just before Aquaman. He was the first superhero ever made in comics.
@@CosmicGoku529Superman was April 1938
I’ve seen Thor love and Thunder but when I first saw the thumbnail I thought it was Jake Paul😂😂😂
This guys really sounds like viniitube
They made Star Lord act like a complete idiot in Infinity War, him and the other are about to get the gauntlet and then star lord let’s thanos get it back because he punched him multiple times in the face for his dead gf, while Mantis is trying to make him sleep, total dumba** move
the first clip of christian bale playing the God Butcher, what was the name of the first god he kills with the new sword symbiote?
from my understanding that sword came from Knull and it was a symbiote itself that Knull used but idk how it got to Gorr.
at any rate, who was that god in the intro?
he was sitting in that lush green area eating and drinking and it seemed as if he hated ALL the humanoid people who worshipped
him... i don't understand why he let his followers die such horrible deaths so it was such a righteous kill in the opening. just wish
i knew his name so I can do some research on him.
never mind i found a youtube video where it says his name is "Rapu"
if anyone has information bout him off the top of their head, i'd love to know.
he was RIGHT there and could have saved the little one... as well as their
planet. they were faithful to this god their whole lives and he left them to
die and starve to death. then laugh in his face when his daughter dies as
a child and calls him a child, a dog, and says he's a fool for thinking there's
an eternal reward for being faithful their whole life.... saying there's always
more followers, laughing at his despair...
We need some love for the Blade movies!
