    Another great vid!
    I gotta give you respect for telling that young man some excellent advice on being positive. So many others would have agreed with him only discouraging him to be positive.
    Set your goal and you can achieve it. One day he will be driving his own big rig. Just gotta start small and work hard then comes the big payday when you walk into a dealership and spec out your own unit. There is no greater feeling.
    Keep doin what you do brother!

    Splice in an air connection with quick release chuck in the middle of the trailer and put a 25 foot coiled air hose with a blower attachment in your sleeper storage, and then you can blow a lot of that crap off the trailer before hitting the road home.

    Man I hope those stumps are paying good to cover the anxiety of loading and unloading them lol not to mention the mess.

    Get a small blower keep in the truck we use them all the time way faster than sweeping the deck

    I'd rather run over cones than a hub, last I heard in Iowa it's $100 per hub to have the surveyor come back out and reset it :(

    When you were picking up that Loader and The guys were taken there tools out.What were those Precast concrete Node looking things

      Looks like precast manhole sections to me. They don’t build them out of brick to much anymore! And the other things look like catch basins

    Why not use a chain to lift off? No slipping out from just trying to pinch. Better to take the time than risk damage in my eyes.

    What is a rock box used for?

    • @DarylBoettcher
      @DarylBoettcher 2 месяца назад +1

      Maybe rocks😁😁😁

    • @davidroberts3692
      @davidroberts3692 2 месяца назад +2

      On a sewer job the rock box is behind the excavator, a loader dumps stone in the box so the excavator can dip out stone to bed the sewer pipe. More convenient for everyone.

      Use 4" synch straps to load those stumps. Leave them on to unload and get them off when they're unloaded. How we do it anyhow.

    Serious question you’ll probably laugh at but, how unprofessional would it be to have a fold up bike or some electric off-road board to get to the machine or back to the truck?
    I eventually want to get into RGN hauling and often see drivers videos and noticed they usually have to walk a decent distance to the equipment. Are long walks to equipment commonplace enough to even consider trying to save a few minutes?
